15,000,000 Cold Email List: How to monetize it?

I have an email list of 15 million consumers in the dating niche that I need help monetizing. It is a clean email list that I have never engaged with. Once again, they are consumers - not businesses.

What would be the best way to monetize it?
Please hold my hand and walk me through baby steps.

    More info needed. How was this list compiled? Did they opt in for anything - is the list targeted toward those interested in dating?

    Hi,

    Dating is quite a broad niche covering males, and females, different ages, interests, etc. Dating fulfills the basic need, so it needs to clarify the types of leads.
    Therefore, I would start to organize/segment them with some questionnaires. If they do not respond to the questionnaire with some lead magnets, you can remove them from the list.
    I would take 3 attempts max. Lead magnets should be from the major niches - just to attract different types of customers for initial segmentation.

    Well did you have a gold mine and you dont use it ? Some people strugle a lot to build a 10k list and you have 15 milion and you dont use it ? Its the list created by opting it by you or you just take it from somewhere .In my case i would try to segment that list and see what i can get from it and for this you need to search for a provider who will be able to mail such a large list .Then i would try to create a relationship with this list and send them promotional emails with dating offers from clickbank etc .Lets say you are able to get 1 milion subscribers from that 15 milion
    And lets say that you can convert 0.1 from 1 milion its 1k conversion
    So if you send an email and lets say you promote a 30$ product from clickbank then from 1 milion subscribers 1k will buy
    So 30$ Ã-- 1000 are a lot of money .Make your calculations

    That is dreaming. The OP doesn't say where the list came from - how it is 'clean' - whether it is opt in - or targeted or anything else.

    I have been promoting dating CPA offers since they existed and hands down, dating is one of the top / most profitable niches. I've done as well with dating as any other niche I've ever promoted.

    I have always promoted PPL (pay per lead ... free sign-ups) offers over PPS (pay per sale... paid sign-up / some dating product). I would seriously consider testing PPL offers!

    I favor name brand / well-known sites (name recognition / credibility), as I have seen much high click to conversion rates with them! They also tend to have higher payouts.

    That's how you monetize it. Getting the mail delivered is a whole other ball game. I'm also super skeptical of the data.
