  1. Buying a list
  2. All-image, no-text emails
  3. Batch and blast
  4. No opt-down options

    Definitely a good starter list.

    I would also add...

Don't re-upload your unsubscribed lists and re-mail them
Don't use "noreply@" email addresses as your reply-to email
    Don't change your from name
Don't use really long subject lines

Just a few of the hard lessons I've had to learn in my 20yrs of marketing via email.

  • Most people open emails from othah people they know.

Fam. Friends. Work. Appointments. Cat Sex.

(Aaaawkay: jus' jokin' 'bout that las' one.)

Point is: evrywan gaht way more important stuff gowin' ahn most days othah than yr stoopid emails bcs FAM FRIENDS APPOINTMENTS CAT SEX To-Do-list-stuffs to figure more instantly than your, frankly bizarre, waste-of-time summons.

So you gotta git OPPORTUNE & sumways PERSNL -- or you instuntly CACKOED.

    Same rools as DATIN'.
    Signature

Lightin' fuses is for blowin' stuff togethah.

Great points! Buying lists can lead to low engagement and deliverability issues. All-image emails often get flagged as spam. Batch and blast lacks personalization, reducing effectiveness. Opt-down options help retain subscribers by offering them control over their email preferences.
