I see solo ads for the IM niche are all over the place. I want to buy solo ads for the weight loss/health/fitness niche. Where do I find them?

      I've been in the weight loss niche for 12 years now (used to own
      Muscle Building, How to Build Muscle, Muscle Building Workout Program) and a lot depends on how much traffic
      you're looking to buy.

      I've had pretty good results with infousa.com, which is a direct marketing list rental that allows you to email targeted leads that you choose. you choose the niche, write the solo ad, and it's all self service... you can do it all without using a list broker.

      You can go as small as you want, with say 500 emails, or you can go as large as millions.

      Also, you could email a few of the top websites in your niche and ask them how big their list is and ask for prices for buying a solo ad from there.

      I've used list brokers before and often times, it was easier and more cost effective to just go to the companies themselves, email them and ask if you could run a solo ad.

    I usually get over 120 clicks per broadcast so I can mail once in the morning and once at night to get at least 200 clicks for $100

    Find some good blogs or websites in your niche, email to the blog's owner and ask whether they have a list or not. Ask if they interested to do soloads for you or not.

    I m just starting out in Solo Ads too.

    So Bigballin any feedback you can share of what you chose, what worked for you and not?

    Some suggested you write to blog owners and ask if they can email their list for you. How can you trust how much subsribers they have and if they send your email or no?


    Shawn Lebrun suggested it is more cost effective and easier if you go to the companies themselves and ask if you can do solo ads.....what companies is he talking about? Anyone can share names pls?

    Our solo ads do really well for weighloss/health/fitness offers. Many of the top vendors on Clickbank advertise with us.

    We have an email newsletter for RecipeSecrets.net which goes out to 263,000 subscribers. The primary demographic is women between the ages of 45 to 65 who cook for their family.

    We typically charge $0.15 per open, which usually comes out to $3,000 to $5000 depending on the subject line you choose. The difference between us and the typical solo ad seller is that we will use the ad you provide and the open rate is guaranteed.

    i would look at large sites like selfgrowth.com arcamax.com and newsmax.com
    they all have lists that respond well to weight loss type products

    I would go to Clickbank and go to all of the sales pages for the popular health & fitness products. Find the "support/contact" links on those pages and start emailing those product vendors. Chances are they have lists and chances are there will be lots of buyers on those lists. You could also try other affiliate networks while you are at it like JVZoo, RapBank, PayDotCom, Clicksure, Payspree, etc.

    You could go to places like Clickbank and find the contact information of product vendors. OR you could Google "fitness blog" or "fitness forum."

    Just shoot the website or product owner an email asking if they do solo ads. If you get the owner of a forum to say yes, it's possible to send your email out to tens of thousands of members =)

    There are literally TONS of ways to find solo ad sellers in the niche you are looking for.

    1.) You can check Warrior Forum
    2.) You can contact blog owners in your niche that have built a list
    3.) You can visit sites like safe-swaps or udimi
    4.) You can join facebook groups in your niche that cater to solo ads.

    Many solo sellers sell clicks, if that's the case start low and if it convert continue to scale. Make sure your funnel is converting because if not you can lose a lot of money getting no where fast. If you're funnel converts, and you have money to spend then of course paid traffic is the way to go. If not you are probably better off using free methods.

    You can go on safe swaps ,do a little research on the vendors look for testimonies coming from buyers of the traffic and ask questions.

    What you can do to find some great solo ads is to go to google and search for 'weight loss/health/fitness + forum/blog'. A bunch of forums will pop up that are for those categories…which most of the forum and blog owners usually have a list. Contact them and see if you can buy a solo ad from them. Most of them will let you do that and have a list that is extremely interested in weight loss/fitness/health as that's what their blog/forums are about!

    But first know that I'm not in the loss weight niche but I know of an appropriate site for solo ads(no affilliate network).
    There You can find categories of niches, email list holders' names from different niches, including weight loss niche, how much they ask per click and reviews+rating from their recent buyers which can help you a lot on choosing which marketer to buy from

      The tip to reach out to blog owners with lists is a good one.

      One thing with weight loss is there are so many different types of people who want to lose weight for different reasons. The fact they want to lose weight for different reasons means there are different ways to reach them. So rather than targeting a weight loss site directly, you can buy a solo ad from a site targeting new mums - those new mums may want to lose weight. You could target a wedding site - those brides to be may want to lose a bit of weight before the wedding.
