Pay Per Call and E-mail

I have a couple of pay per call campaigns that I need distribution on and the client is instant on driving traffic using e-mail. Is e-mail a viable solution for PPCall? Has anyone here used e-mail to promote PPCall and did it work out?

    My AM indicated that some affiliates run insurance offers through email. While no consistent, they can generate spikes of traffic.

    It's do-able, as long as you also have a form to submit info as well.
