Which would produce more subscribers?

If i use an ad swap OR solo and traffic drives to my page where i offer free item(s) for subscriber. I want to know what do you think which would produce more subscribers.
1) Give away (Facebook Like Exchange app) premium script (worth $12) for free.
2) Give away some wordpress items, marketing ebooks, reseller products bundle for Free if someone subscribe

What is your opinion what would perform better? Facebook Like app VS (Wordpress items + marketing ebooks+ reseller) bundle
#facebook like app #produce #subscribers

My guess is, the better performer will be the one that is best targeted to the audience that you market to. Nobody can tell you what you're asking because they don't know your market, haven't seen your offer, and have no idea who your targeting.

The best I can offer is to suggest you run a test with both approaches, get 1,000 responses, then you'll have a pretty good idea which one is the winner.

One factor may be that July 4 is a major holiday in the USA.

I could type out an answer today, but I'll just suggest that you go back and re-read Steve B's answer to you.

The hard truth is that no one here can tell you with any certainty which offer will pull better. Too much depends on the message that got people to your site, what's on the landing page, and what else you are offering with the subscription for starters.

The only way to find out for sure is to ask the marketplace (aka "your visitors").

it all depend on the niche you are building the list on. if am interested in weight loss, am not interested in someone offering me facebook likes. all am interested in is losing weight. so let the niche you are building list on be your judge.

If you want to build a high quality list, then you'll need to give away a high value freebie.

Just think if you yourself would opt in to receive the gift?

If so then all you need to do is send targeted traffic to your opt in page, and create a solid funnel in the backend.

I believe that the word press giveaways would gain you more subscribers.

It all depends on the copy of the squeeze page and if you can make the gift look like it'll help them with a major issue they have.

BUT the real answer is TEST TEST TEST. One gift might perform better than the other, and if you test you'll know for sure. Plus it depends on the traffic source, and how well you targeted it.

you'll have to test but keep in mind that each "gift" will be a filter too... what are you going to sell after they optin? what content are you going to share?

This is truly something only testing would answer.

Can't no one honestly tell you which would perform better
so your best bet would be to test it.

Then again this will all come down to who you are targeting.

If people who want Facebook stuff see the Facebook script then it would perform well, however if they see the Wordpress stuff it might not do as well.

Only testing will give you the real answer though.

    Hope that helps,

    Hey there,

It really depends on your audience, but have you tried asking them?

    Maybe taking a poll?

Me personally... I would take the 2nd one (the bundle with the free eBook)

That just sounds more intriguing to me, but honestly if you find a common problem that the people in your niche struggle with then create a VERY high quality product that solves that problem for them and promote this as your free offer to get subscribers, this works like gold.

Don't forget though! Don't just try to get subscribers! Try to create a long lasting relationship with those subscribers on the backend (meaning your followup emails)

Give some unique advice that they haven't heard before because when these people read it, it will break them out of their tunnel vision and always remember you as that guy who gave them great advice and share you with their friends!

    Just my thoughts on this..

Anyone agree? & Hope this was helpful

    Adam
