Lightbox and sign up form on website ok?

So I have a lightbox setup that pops up after 10 seconds but then I also have a sign up form on my site. Too much? I'm not in the MMO niche, and not sure if my audience would like that. Do you think I should just kill the lightbox pop up and only have one on my site?

    Not really. Although light-box or any other pop-up box are mostly not liked by users - they continue to increase sign-ups.

    Try comparing the results for 1 week with a light-box pop-up and 1 week without.
