The best way is to go through the help videos. I am generally not a fan of following instructions from videos, as I usually end up more confused than when I started. But to be fair to Aweber their video support is pretty good.

Not just only the video, you can contact them through email.... you need to give a time to familiarize the system by doing an adventure / trials and errors.
