Hello,

Being this is my first thread post , I want to give shout out to all the warriors and say this has been the best forum ive tooken part of. Lots of ideas being exchanged and value to gain.

I actually want to get you guy's thoughts out on this subject. Past few days ive experienced a very low email open rate. I am also getting more subscribers per day than ive used to get. What are you're thoughts on what someone can do to keep his list active (aside from his normal newsletter campaign). What are normal open rates that you guys are seeing that is normal on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, small to medium sized list? Any input would be awesome

    try to look at this how many 10 minutes email subscribers are on your list (;
    there are some email services which offer create a temporary email accounts only for 10 minutes use , just for purpose to register ,download a freebie and forget. For example 10minuteemail which creates emails with extension trbvm.com check your lists and blacklist this domain cos its a freebie seekers emails (;

    For example in getresponse you can easily blacklist such domains, they will get subscribed but never get redirected to the download page (;

    I think it could be good idea to create a separate thread to on this forum with list of such services only to anyone could copy and past those domains to their blacklists cos they fill in our lists every single day and we all wondering what the hell is happening with our open rates ...

    I don't see any temporary emails in my list, although a very good concept to keep in mind. I'm rethinking my traffic source, since its a free source that isn't really targeted as I would like it to be. After rethinking my traffic source, ill also try to shoot a one time survey to my list and ask their opinions on their struggles and how often theyd like to receive my emails. This way I can know who is truly interested in What I have to offer.

    Yes the disposable emails are annoying. The big ARs should come up with an auto-block for them, but I guess they will just create new as soon as you block them.

    I check regularly and nuke the suckers but that's a short term fix.

    Damn, I was not aware there that there is temporary email services.

    Just added them to my blacklist on getresponse.
