I haven't read the other entries, but I do have blogs in this niche. To maximize your benefit, you're not going to want some obscure topic that won't get you hits. Here's a list of topics that do very well in terms of high search traffic, but are not too competitive in terms of SEO:

1. Healthy lunch ideas +/- for work - massive search traffic, easy to rank for. Not rocket science to write about either.
2. Ryan Reynolds Workout - Still a huge search phrase and people are genuinely interested in how he got those abs.
3. Protein shake recipes - again, huge search traffic, not terribly difficult to come up with a list of recipes.
4. Intermittent Fasting - huge search traffic, trendy topic for weight loss. It's probably not what you'd think by the name, but you'd have to have your wife read about it to get a better idea.

cheers

the orange diet, or high intensity interval training, or the top 10 supplements for muscle building or such (huuuge industry with low competition for specific high search terms and phrases)

Hi Jan,

I don't know how good your wife is with nutrition but here's my topic:

Carbohydrate cycling

I've been doing bodybuilding seriously for last 2.5 years and Carbohydrate Cycling is hot topic, as it's one of the best fat burning and weight loss methods. Problem is that it's hard to find a great guide or someone who actually knows how to do it.

But i warn you...it's very hard to write about it...but if you get it right...you will do very well.

Good luck

Margo

Re: $40 Paypal to winner. Help me choose a topic for report in the Health/Fitness/Nutrition Niche

Never Take Weight Loss Advice From A Fat Doctor - How To Find The Right Information To Heal Anything

This report is relevant to ANYONE searching for natural health and healing support. In it you reveal step by step how to seek out and find real people who have healed serious health conditions. For every disease out there, there are examples of people who have overcome them naturally. Most people just don't know how to get to that information.

The idea of the report is to get people to focus on what can be done, what has been successful for others and away from the gloom and doom that can be presented by the medical profession (all too often, unfortunately).

A side note: the average medical doctor in the U.S. receives just 7 hours of training in nutrition during school. I wouldn't go to one of those guys for help with healing anything with food. A very odd situation when you consider that the so-called "father of modern medicine" Hippocrates, said "Let food be your medicine and your medicine be food."

You could absolutely bring Hippocrates into this report.

A side note: I have a dear friend who was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. Doctors said it was too far gone to do anything other than remove 2/3 of the colon. He didn't go for surgery. Instead he's been on a juice fast for the past 6 weeks, plus has been using some of Dr. Hulda' Clark's anti-cancer protocol and getting accupuncture as well as using Dr. Stephen Chang's medicinal teas from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Guess what? He's feeling a lot better already. Digestion and elimination working more smoothly again. I guess if he keeps it up his body will recover fully.

I know the contest is over Congratulations! Janice.
If you consider writing another report on diet I would love to
see it on weight gain I only weigh 41kg and just cant seem to
get any heaver I eat well and even tried eating the things over weight
people have been told to avoid like cream cakes tons of butter on my toast
but I end up feeling a little sick.

Being so thin makes people ask if I am anorexic or if I am ill that gets me depressed.
So please think of us skinny people and let us know how to put weight on and what exercise to do to build a little muscle.

I don't want a prize. I would love to buy a report
Thank you
Happy New Year
Sandra

I new major concern is mixing energy drinks with alcohol and the side effects which occur. This could be combined with your initial idea as the last chapter because of the fatalities that occur with this deadly cocktail.

Staying healthy when your busy as heck! 5 minute exercises and fast snacks. I know its been done, but sure there is room for another guide like this.

My partner just had a baby. Another thought is 'Getting your body back after having baby' a twist on this is to combine these two ideas. Who is busy as heck but still wants to be fit? New moms!

Looks like you have a bunch of great ideas for a number of ebooks/reports!

Cheers!

recently i have found ideas but never have time to discover.
I'm interested with aquatic plant subject (which also well known as aquascape) and some of aquatic plant like Bacopa Monieri (Brahmi) reported have a beneficial in many diseases like brain, digestive, and so on
i also heard from local hobbyist that hygrophilla difformis can be eaten.
Common hobbyist tend to keep emersed/submersed their plants in other place or even throw away their unused plants into garden, some of them let the plants die off :( then your review about this may give some inspiration to gave alternative way to use their aquatic plants :D

bottom line is aquatic plants is not just for your eyes, but also for your health. don't throw 'em, just eat 'emhttp://static.kaskus.us/images/smilies/sumbangan/14.gif

This will be a good exercise for everyone since writing and publishing reports like these can be extremely profitable.

I'll start with my idea. A lot of young people these days cannot get through the day without drinking a whole bunch of energy drinks. This is directly related to poor nutrition and lack of exercise. A report explaining why they have no energy, why energy drinks are killing them and also how they can get through the day energized by just changing a few things in their diet and exercise I think will do great for this market.

Let's hear your ideas. The winner will receive $40 via Paypal.

Cheers

Energy drinks and processed foods are Acid and create unbalance in your body, The only way to combat it is to have Alkalizing foods and oxygenate the body, 3 months of this will set your body into natural power mode!

I have suggested to Allen and waiting to hear back from him regarding this. The problem with this section of the forum is it's too hard for people to tell which contests have finished and which are still running. I have found various contests where people are still submitting entries attempting to win, although the prize has already been awarded.

To make it easier for users of the forum, I would suggest editing the title of your contest thread and put the word 'ENDED:' at the beginning of the thread title so people can easily tell what contests are finished and which are still running.

This makes it a lot fairer and easier to use for everyone involved.

Hi Sir jan.

I know this post of mine is too late but I just want to share to you my simple suggestion that would benefit a lot of young people these days. You still have to made them realize the gist of the natural foods in the market or even in their backyard.

Some great suggestions here. Mine would be a report on three different strategies for not only losing weight but also being healthy. For example the pros and cons of vegetarian, and I believe it's Fit For Life where the food is combined in certain ways. It gives people an option and not presenting the strategy as the be all, end all.

That is a very good topic to discuss. Do the young people know how much sugar that are putting in their bodies? That might give them a surge of energy for a second but then it lets them crash and their energy is down to nothing again. I know this first hand because of the sickness I have. I got to keep my energy up to get around in a wheel chair all day. That is like running a distance for a long time.
With my MS, I have to keep my energy up. I can not have very many of the energy drinks that are on the market today because of what they put into them. Thank you for your time in reading this.

Hi
there is a reason why people buy energy drinks; simply they are tired. Their lifestyle is not helping them and the energy drink is killing them.

the fact of the matter is that there is a substance in every cell in the body that is responsible for energy production. this is Glutathione, and do not worry if you have not heard of it. most people have not. this protein gets depleted in the cells at a rate of 10% every decade at the age of 20 or even younger, this leading to tiredness, aches and pains, lack of energy, leading to ageing and from there to disease. the more people smoke, sleep little, are stressed, eat preserved food, no exercise or too heavy exercise, too much sun exposure, drugs, all this deplete the body of Glutathione, and the energy drinks pushes them up initially and then they are crushed, simply because they further deplete the body of Glutathione. it is a vicious circle and once Glutathione is depleted the cells will not recover and increase the production of Glutathione on their own. The ageing process has started.

However, they found a way to increase the cell production of this protein and it is a scientific new discovery; it cannot be taken by food, therefore special formula needed to be developed to get the precursors into the cell and the cell is helped to produce Glutathione. there are products that can be bought in the States; check out Max International and look for ATP drink or Max One. these are very healthy, simply they help the cell build ATP which helps people build energy on demand, providing them with lot of energy without being crushed afterwards.

It was not my intention to sell the product on the forum. This product is relatively new, and we need people to work with us.
