Designers - win an offline print ad

This may be a bit out there since this is an internet forum, but it will be fun to see if anyone is interested.

Along with doing fun stuff online, I also run an offline direct mail print magazine company. We are interested in redesigning the look of our front cover. It needs to retain all the elements that are on the cover now - we just want an updated look. You can see what the magazines look like by going to Minnesota Publishing | Southwest Business | West Lake Business | Waconia Business | MN.

These 3 pubs are direct mailed to over 46,000 addresses in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. I am running a contest that will give a 1/4 page ad for one month in each of the magazines for the person that submits the best redesign idea. You can advertise a website, clickbank product, pretty much anything as long as it is done in good taste. These go through a saturation mail by zip code so everything must be "family friendly."

I can redesign the look of your front cover, but I was wondering which elements you want to keep in the new design.
Also, I rather do this as a favor than for an advertisement spot, since I didn't even had time to start my first campaign yet.
