Hello All.... Fiverr.com is a truly amazing site. Such a simple concept that on paper may not look like it would result in much. But man, it's absolutely amazing what people will do for just $5. And after reading a very entertaining thread (http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...clickbank.html), I thought it would be fun to challenge myself...and other willing Warriors...in a competition. The premise: how much money can you make in the next 90 days with buying just 2 gigs on Fiverr (ie. $10 worth). As experienced an IMer that I am, I had never bought a gig on Fiverr (until tonight, anyway). This competition is based on the honor system, and it's all meant for fun...in true Warrior style. So how much do you think you can make with just 2 gigs? The Warrior who posted the thread that got my curiosity in Fiverr really flowing did this: 1. Pick an affiliate product on Clickbank. 2. Register a domain name relevant to the affiliate product. 3. Redirect the domain name to his affiliate link. 4. Create a simple 3 line flyer with his domain name has line #3. 5. Hire a guy on Fiverr to distribute his flyer to 200 people in Miami, FL. His result: he got 6 affiliate sale totaling over $200. Not bad. That got me thinking. Could I do better? Could you? So all I ask, if you want to participate in this friendly competition, is to be completely honest with your results....and to explain what you are doing. I know that as IMers, we don't want to give away all the details. And that's perfectly fine. I won't give away all my specifics either. But just explain the basic idea of what you are trying to accomplish. Since this is my thread, I'll go first. I will say that to start, I already had a domain name registered that is redirected to a Clickbank product. I was going to use it as one of my Instant Gratification projects, but didn't because I got busy with other projects. The affiliate product I am promoting is high paying with a recurring income opportunity. So with my first of two Fiverr gigs, I hired someone to do a video testimonial of the affiliate product. Most people only do 30 seconds, but this guy does a minute and his voice sounds amazing. I gave him plenty of pointers on how to create the video. I specifically told him to mention my domain name numerous times in the video. Once he is done, I am going to upload the video to Youtube. At this point, I am not sure how I am going to use my second gig on Fiverr. Part of me wants to pay for a gig to get Youtube views. Part of me wants to get a gig where someone promotes my Youtube video to their Twitter followers. Part of me wants to pay someone to social book mark the Youtube video. I still have a couple of days to decide which way to go, and if you want to suggest what I should do, I'm all ears. This is all for fun. I will keep you guys posted on my actions and results, and hope that a few of my fellow Warriors are brave enough to follow me. Especially those that have never used Fiverr before. Outsourcing has paid off BIG TIME for me in the past. If you have never tried it, maybe this is a good opportunity for you to do so. I wish all those brave Warriors who choose to participate and share their experiences the best of luck. I'm going to win, of course, but it's the true Warrior that loves healthy competition. ![]() JoeMack |

J... Thanks for participating in this game. I am glad the thread wasn't deleted, but I know its going to get drastically less views now that its off the main board. Good job for the actions you are taking. I love outsourcing, and some of my biggest and easiest amounts of income have been made through outsourced efforts. The pre-sales page will definitely increase your conversions. Personally, with all the other projects that I have going on, I'm trying to put in as little effort as possible and see how things go. That's why I opted for the simply domain name redirect. I'm still waiting for my video to get finished. And I'm not quite sure how to best use a gig to promote it. I like your idea of getting someone to upload it to many different video sharing sites. I'm going to continue looking on Fiverr and see what other gigs are available for promotion of the video. J.... What are your thoughts on the gigs where people will send real visitors to your Youtube video. Like the guy who will get you 10,000 views in 48 hours. He has plenty of positive feedback from his customers, but I passed on the gig because the traffic is from Europe, where not everyone speaks English. I'm also afraid that its just a bot or proxie that are created the views, as opposed to real human viewers. Seems too good to be true. I'm still looking for my second gig. ![]() JoeMack |

I do have some ideas. One that I am kind of stuck on is putting a single page website up with a video on the page and a capture form for a mailing list. Since we have 90 days for this challenge, I figure I could buy at least one fiverr gig to generate traffic. Then, assuming that I actually do capture some people, spend the next 90 days appropriately sending great offers to those captured leads. Whaddaya think? | |

Hi...ran across your thread...great idea! I've used few people for outsourcing small jobs, been happy with results! There are some really good gigs on there.....I'm not participating, but my advice, do your research before you decide what to sell! Some gigs real work, some BS stuff, but look at reviews & some have done really well with such simple gigs that you would assume most people can do themselves! Good luck to you guys. Sounds fun. ![]() Kobi |

Hey Guys... I did not forget about this challenge. Just had to wait a few days for the guy I hired with my first Fiverr gig to finish the video testimonial. Although he didn't remember to do all of my requests (I wanted him to mention the domain name several times - he just mentioned it once), I am still quite pleased with the video. Instead of the 60 seconds that was offered, the video I got was 1 min 40 seconds. In my opinion, the guy sounded articulate and believable, so it was $5 well spent. The Clickbank affiliate product that I am promoting is on "conversational hypnosis". It has a commission of around $100, plus the possibility of additional ongoing commissions as well. The domain name that I registered was www.secretpowerhypnosis.com. I then simply redirected to my affiliate link. It's in a frame, so it still shows my domain name instead of the affiliate link or the real affiliate salespage domain. When uploading the video to Youtube, I used many of the tips I found from the Warrior thread that JaRyCu pointed out to me (thanks again for that, J). Here's the video testimonial that a $5 Fiverr gig got me: Conversational Hypnosis: How I Used Conversational Hypnosis To Make More Sales and Money - YouTube Let me know your thoughts. I am giving you guys full disclosure. I have spent maybe a total of 15 minutes total on this project. Right now I am trying to figure out how to use my second Fiverr gig. Much Success, JoeMack |

Ha, well, I know people who are consistently selling combinations of 2-3 Fiverr Gigs as "Super SEO Packages" for anywhere from $50-$500 each. It is ridiculous what some people get away with while others try to actually work for their money.

Hey All... As an update for my efforts, I used my second gig to hire a guy to send the link to my uploaded Youtube video testimonial to 300 social bookmarking sites, as well as creating 5000 Wiki backlinks. The time to complete this gig is 6 days, so now I just wait. I'll keep you guy posted on my results. JoeMack |

Hello All.... It seems that I didn't quite use my 2 Fiverr gigs the best way. Its been 14 days since I started the challenge, and I have seen very little results from it. Youtube views: 43 Sales: ZERO. Now, the second Fiverr gig was completed just a few days ago, and it may take a little bit of time for it to truly affect my Youtube views. But as of now, I don't see any difference. The 43 Youtube views I have are from Warriors checking out my video testimonial, and a few Youtube viewers who happen to stumble across my video. All that being said, all I need is just one affiliate sale to make back 10 times my initial Fiverr investment. Also, I have learned enough about Fiverr and Youtube during this challenge to more than find it worth it to have participated. I'll continue to keep you guys posted on my results, and I hope to hear how you guys are doing as well. Much Success, JoeMack |

I love the idea of this challenge - creative thinking and not having to think too seriously. My head has been full of ideas since i read that thread about hiring the fiverr guy to hand out leaflets. Maybe this will be the thread where I make it happen. Posted from Warriorforum.com App for Android |

This one is one of them N_castro will handout 50 to 200 flyers promoting your website or business in miami, florida for $5, only on fiverr.com but there are dozens more on Fiverr.com, just look for sellers who have photo evidence. Don't trust the testimonials. I tried the Fiverr flyer strategy that the OP mentioned. I spent $100 split testing 5 different flyers in 3 niches (fat loss mostly but also make money online and cheap travel) across 5 sellers. I had about 50 hops total, a few order form impressions but ZERO sales. I also ordered 10 traffic gigs. This made me 2 CB sales at $50 each, then one got refunded so I essentially broke even. I'm now starting the YouTube strategy that's been talked about - having Fiverr sellers create informational videos on a niche with tips and ideas, and then linking to a CB product at the bottom. At least the videos will be up for years, bringing in constant traffic who are interested in that niche. |

I have aswell seen mixed reaction of success among our clients by using various fiverr gig. Thank you for given some credit to microjob seller with various creativity and activity. Huh this was pretty interesting, it's so hard for me to convince myself to use fiverr gigs because sometimes they just completely fail, but I have had a few really great successes too. Did anyone end up making any money?
