These Challenges are very interesting to see if people actually keep on them for the period of time, this one was running over Xmas so not the best time for commitment but good for traffic depending on the niche. Jason did update on his final earnings on his blog.

Just a quick update to anyone that followed the 90 day challenge. I followed the challenge and launched a website. Its a business directory centering around model shops in the UK and I've been building it over the last month. There's still plenty to do to it and thanks to the ideas shared in the challenge, I've a list of ways to monetize it that's as long as my arm.
I made the decision to only use adsense at first until the site was complete and seeing a reasonable amount of traffic and I'm pleased to report that this is now establishing a trickle of an income, at least the site will cover its costs!
I suppose I'm just trying to say to anyone else thinking of having a go, do it! Its a lot of work and (despite the flood of emails that being part of this forum seems to generate) there is no 'magic' bullet that's going to create a flood of sudden wealth.
But if you put the effort in, you CAN reap rewards.

Would anyone like to report if they reached the $100 a day? Or whatever result they attained.

I do quite like mrswagset's idea though. Could be another challenge perhaps?

I believe the ending of this challenge just goes to show that you need to be able to invest some sort of capital into a project if you want to make money.

With no capital put back into the affiliate site there is no way it could make $30. You got to invest back into the site at the very least.
