I will head down a few dentist outlets around my area and start telling them about the importance of having relationships with their customers.
Tell them that you have a great idea on how you could help them improve their business and have their customers become re-occurring customers.

If they agree to all of those.

Then you can say how the newsletter can help their customers?
Do they give tips and advice? How to take care of their own teeth?

You can upsell them with an email auto-responder as well. - tell them how important it is to have a relationship with them via email. how they can later upsell, presell any offers to their customers.

Since its PLR, they can need not rewrite the article. But if they want to. they can hire you to do it where you can outsource this. - Earn a portion again.

Later you can upsell them some more with fb fanpages or twitter accounts. saying that you will do this for them and set up everything for them etc ....

If they understand the importance of this and they understand how it can help and make them be regulars as well as promoters. They will definitely say yes.

So do i get the 7 day coaching??

I would go to their conventions. There will be hundreds of potential sales at one of these. Hire an attractive lady, and let her loose. Interaction is huge at the conventions, so I couldn't think of a better place to show them a newsletter that is designed for their clients needs.

Hi Nick,

This is what I would do. I would send an email to a list of dentists (in this case).

Subject: Your customers want a closer relationship with you.

And you are not giving them that. In fact, you are boring them and they have no reason to keep coming back to your website or business.

What do your customers want from you?

They want to know that you care about their health, about their teeth and just how far you are willing to go to help them.

But how do you do that?

By giving them up to date information about their personal health issues. You can do that by sending them a monthly newsletter that is focused on them and makes them realise that you care.

But how do I find the time to create that newsletter and write all those articles.
The answer is you don’t but WE DO!

We will send your customers a monthly newsletter for just $199 a month. We fill it with well written articles and advice that your customers will love and adore you for.
We will make sure that all your contact details are clearly visible on the newsletter so that customers can contact you quickly and easily for appointments

We do the work for you, while you get busy making more money.

But $199 a month is a bit steep is probably your next concern.

Well what would one extra customer a month mean in terms of revenue to you? What would 10 extra customers a month do to your cash flow?

You could recoup the cost of this service with just one new customer a month.
But I am going to sweeten the pot for you.

Order the service now for $199 for just one month and we will do the following for you:
1) Create a mailing list signup code and install it on your website (if you have one)
2) Import your current list of customers into the mailing list
3) Send you a report of who opened the newsletter, where they clicked and how many times they opened the newsletter.

All free of charge.

If you don’t get at least one new customer in the first month, we will refund your money with no questions asked.

Take a look at the attachment I sent you. That is the quality of the newsletter that your customer will receive. And it will be customised with all YOUR company details.
So what you are waiting for? You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Remember, if you don’t get at least one new customer within the calendar month, we will refund your full purchase price immediately.

"BUY NOW LINK"

Yours sincerely,

Me

Great ideas. I like the idea of upselling an autoresponder series. I haven't picked a winner yet, but you're in the running!

Love it. Have you ever done conventions before? I've always known they're a great lead source.

Diana, some great ideas here. I'd probably refrain from telling people they're "boring" their customers though. They might not fully understand the concept and might even get offended.

But overall, your approach is solid. It's all about showing their ROI and considering dentists value each new customer at around $1000, then it's not hard to do for the dentist niche in this package.

Conventions would be where I would go to, I would put people in huge tooth costumes which just walked around the convention floor all day. On the tooth costume I would have messages on the tooth like "Do you know who's tooth you yanked out!? Building trust and a relationship is important! Take a leaflet from my cavity to find out more!". I am counting on the comical angle here for dentists to reach into a cavity to pull out a flyer based on building trust and relationships. From there the contents of the flyer would be like top 20 tips for building trust, contact information, website pre built for them to see etc...

The beauty of this thing is, it could be acustomed to any market, like a giant calculator for accountants (Press my button and I will show you how to build trust and relationships with your clients!).

They would be branded to so I would get as many pictures I could with the desired market to use them on facebook for future use .

Thats how I would do it Big, bold and right in there face with a giant tooth .

That's BRILLIANT Lee, you've got the right idea when it comes to creative marketing... and that's what works; stuff that is different and shakes people out of their slumber.

Only question is, where would the ready made material come in? I guess you're saying hand out the newsletters when they walk up to you and "pull a tooth out"?

Certainly this idea is above and beyond what most people would be prepared to do, but I have a feeling that you could land several clients this way, in each of those niches. In just a few conventions, you could be well on your way to a six figure income from servicing those new clients.

So, it's worth the effort and in reality, I don't think it would be too hard to set this kind of thing up...

Yeah you could have like a tooth shaped bucket filled with random dental tool shaped flyers in or just basic flyers inside which they can pick up as they pass. These would be filled with the basics which then point them to a website, on the website would be a lot more coaching and then finally a product telling what to do and how to do it.

So the website would educate them on the need for running their own newsletter, right? That's a great idea.

I'm not sure you'd need a product to teach them, however. A few articles with some facts and benefits about newsletter marketing should be enough to sell them on the idea, then you simple sell the ready-made newsletters to them and boom, you're in business

I like your whole lead gen idea though, have you ever been to any conventions? Seems like conventions are a hot topic.

Sure there are loads of added extra you could throw in there, website creation, Seo, driving leads and a lot more. I have been to an IM convention or two but nothing like dental or accounting. I just like come up with out of the box ways to promote a product .
