Im in (late again) for september.

Last months one was awesome! I did manage an article a day (even if i was playing catch up all month) and i used half my articles for guest blogging and see SEO results already fr that site.

Anyway, here is todays article

Off topic question...you mentioned you used your articles for guest blogging. Is that normal to re-use an article from your blog to repost into another blog as a guest blogger? I'm asking cause I haven't ever done them before and didn't know if guest posts always needed to be new content, respun or just re-used.

I've gone over all the articles I've written so far and created my first PLR pack. Wrote a post about it on my blog here. I'm so giddy about the whole thing it's ridiculous

Most likely I won't be writing any articles this weekend, have some technical details I need to work on to automate my PLR store.

I'll start writing again Monday.

I always hear people say it's not easy to pencil in time to sit down and write, but you'll find that many of the great writers such as Stephen King, Nora Roberts and Danielle Steele choose the same time (and place) every day to sit and write.

It takes time and practice to form the perfect writing habit, but if you stick with it, you'll become the best writer you can be.

Yes, entirely normal. For some of us, anyway.

Every guest blog post I've ever had published anywhere, in all of my 8 niches, over all of the last 5 years, has (like all my content) previously been published and indexed on one of my own sites first, before anyone else has published it, whether as a "guest post" or just a "syndicated article".

People accepting and publishing a guest post don't do so because it's "unique content": they do so because it's content that they want to share their readers/ visitors. Its publication is determined (like most of the good and valuable and important things in internet marketing) by its quality and its relevance, not by whether or not it's been published before.

Magazines/newspapers have been doing exactly the same for decades/centuries: the internet's much more recent but the principle's exactly the same.

It's also true that there are still occasional webmasters who don't understand the differences between "syndicated content" and "duplicate content", and they can imagine that it's somehow bad, or wrong, or inadvisable, to re-publish content that's already been published elsewhere. When one encounters those misguided people one has to decide whether to try to re-educate them (sometimes a struggle!) or just forget them and find others (easier!). One good method is to look for the best articles from places like Ezine Articles and use Google to find lists of all the sites to which they've been syndicated from Ezine Articles (by webmasters using EZA as a content-source, which is of course why it exists), and this can effectively give you a list of webmasters already known to syndicate some of their content (so at least they can hardly say that they publish only unique content, if you ask them!).

For anyone wanting more, the differences between "duplicate content" and "syndicated content" are hugely significant, and are briefly explained in this post and this little article.

I didn't get an actual article done for my site yesterday, unfortunatly. I did write several articles for clients, and I wrote a couple pages for my 'free report' which I'll be giving away soon, so it wasn't a complete waste. No excuses though! I need to get caught back up.

With that said, I have written the following pieces to include as part of the launch:

(3) Article JumpStart for building community
(1) Article JumpStart for self-improvement
(1) Article JumpStart for Facebook marketing
(2) Article JumpStart for product launches

I’m going to include all of them as part of today’s writing challenge. Each day I write more, regardless of what topic or how long the article is, they will count as one writing challenge day.
