Help needed Keyword related

Hi Guyz,
I've been reading on Keyword Research Domain to do local SEO project.

The niche that want to enter is property or rather as an agent.
Few keywords I've search are relatively high competitive.
Long-tail keyword are very much too general unless they search for something specific or general questions.

Keywords that I got:
property news malaysia
property market in malaysia
property company in malaysia
property for sale in malaysia
house for sale in malaysia
and a few more..

Please advise or give suggestion...

    Simple tool that provides all the keyword related to your terms. Just delete those you feel unnecessary!

    These look more like local keywords, rather than long tail. Sure, it's good to use the keyword "malaysia", and they are also good ideas, don't disregard them just yet, but try and focus on brainstorming ideas that have to do with stuff you're know a lot about. Like, "how to market property in malaysia", or "how to buy a house in malaysia".

    Try using word stream. I guess what you allready got is better for local seo though.
