Website Buying and Selling Portals

Dear Warriors,

We had a deal with a client to make his website. In this deal client agreed to pay 40% upfront and remaining 60% when website is ready to upload. Finally he made 40% payment and we developed his website as per our deal and his suggestion.

But after competition of website (5 months before) when we asked him to make final payment and get website uploaded, he is saying to hold it. He has no money at the moment, hearing same for last 5 months.

Now, we have decided to sell that website to someone else who really need it and can pay at-least remaining 60%. But we are lacking the resources where we can get best price for our designed and developed.

I know freemarket.com is a Good website to buy and sell but, we need some other resources as well, where we can get best price for the website we have designed and developed.

    You can try flippa.com. Its really worth to list it there. Bido.com is also a good website. You can try that.
    You may try ebay as well. Or you can go to many buy/sell websites to post your website for sell. it will help you reach out many potential buyers.
    Why don't you give a try posting for free on Domain Name Classifieds. This might help you as well.
    And one last thing don't forget social networking websites. Listing your website for sales in social networking website groups and pages will help your website get even more exposure.

    I can recommend it you since flippa is known and used by many people, which means that you can sell your website probably faster.

    I have no luck on flippa.com
    The price people bid over some of my sites there are very low.
    Even lower than some webmaster forum as Digitpoint.
    Aslo, domain price are lower than I bid on Godaddy auction.
    Flippa just keep asking to pay more ads fee, perhaps flippa works only when you pay enough ads fee first.

    I browsed empireflippers.com mentioned on this thread, the results showed on their site seems far better than flippa.com
    I saw the most results of flippa are about 1x times of net profit, but empireflippers.com seems can reach 2x times.
