Where is the best place to list my ecommerce site for sale.

It has not be doing much profit for the past 2 years but it's been around for 11 yrs and a niche store.

Any ideas?

    Yep, posted on there.

They are actually quite helpful - I had read that they don't get back to emails and so on but they have been very helpful.

Flippa is good but it seems you have to pay alot more for marketing and advertising. For the top package I believe its 300$+

Yeh, I've also tried a few others suggested on here. I was going to go for Empire Sellers but they want exclusivity of the site. And I had already paid to be part of the other sited so...

Should not sell ! It is normal if your e-commerce business do not make profit in 2 years. As I know, Amazon did not do well in making profit for 20 years.
You should knock Ventures / Funds' doors rather than sell or stop it.

It depends if he/she wants to spend some time on it. If not - selling is much easier

Yes Flippa is good , but you have to pay around 250$ if you want your site to be in front.

I'm finding that people do not want to believe my posting.

I have advertised on a few sites and have gotten interest from some parties. I tell them upfront in the ad that the store has not made much of a profit in the last 2 years due to not having someone available to promote the store and basically market the products.

They know this coming in and then I send them the P & L and then it's yeh, not gonna waste my time.

Why waste your time in the first place? Maybe nosey?

Well I'm just going to keep it until next year and try and sell the domain.

    Thanks for all the advise.

FreeMarket.com , and Flippa. Never tried EmpireFlippers, but heard good things. PM me the site, I may take it off your hands for a reasonable price.

flippa is really good. I would suggest emailing them to see if your listing will get editors choice, I also suggest promoting your listings, with so many listings the marketplace is diluted making it hard for buyers to find your listing.
