Hi, So.. I thought... what is they best way to approach a website owner (who didn't thought to sell his website in Flippa or Freemarket...)with a serious request to buy his website or shares in his website?
There is a template of an email with an offer like that?
That would help me a lot...

    I believe that if you really want to "buy" or invest in shares of a website deeply in your heart you should already have the best "email templates" in you

    Seriously, the simplest approach is the best. Just approach the owner with the reason for contacting and why you are interested in getting his website. First contact should not be your sales pitch anyway, but just a simple probe to see if you can sparkle interest.
