Best way to appraise 18 year old domain?

I have an 18 year old domain that Id like to get appraised...what is the best and most accurate service for doing this?

      Agree with everything said there.

      Domain appraisals are mostly pointless.

      If you want to sell quick then list it on sedo or flippa auction and market will tell you exactly what it's worth.

      Feel free to pm me the name & i'd give my opinion, I've been buying & selling domains fr 7, 8 years now.

        I have an SEO specialist/Web designer interested in purchasing a domain that I own. I purchased it a while back with hopes in niche marketing in the fishing industry, but never did anything with it. The prospective purchaser has marketed other sites in the fishing industry, and I believe the domain to be highly marketable and easy to rank high. I'm sure he does too!
        That being said, I have no experience in selling domains or appraising them. I was wondering if I use all the free domain appraisal services, would it be fair to ask for a price somewhere between the highest and the lowest appraisals? What do you guys think??
