Selling blogs on a .EDU domain/site

So,

I've been building Wordpress blogs on a US .EDU domain for clients. It's your own blog with a new theme tweaked for onsite SEO, a header/logo I have made, a couple of plugins and all customized for the desired niche and a few unique articles on it and it's on a keyword relevant subdomain of a .EDU domain.

Would I be able to expand and sell these, finished blogs ready to go, here as well?

The only downside is they are hosted on the .EDU site itself but other than that buyers have full control and can post about whatever just not sure if I can sell because they aren't self hosted?

I can't see why you would not be able to sell these. However, for most relevancy let's hope they are related to education of some sort.

I just wasn't sure because technically you don't own the domain it's on the .edu domain but assuming the buyer knows that it should be fine right?

And I make these with non student accounts that are allowed to post any topic but the usual bad stuff (adult/porn, warez, gambling and drugs) so that's not an issue.

You should NOT assume but make sure the buyer is aware of that fact.

That's what I mean, I mean lets assume for the hypothetical here that the buyer is informed of that and ok with it then all should be fine right?
