    Hello Vishwa,

My Name is Stefan Hogan, Product Manager for Freemarket. I'd be happy to explain how the payments work. After one of your listings is sold, the listing goes in to a handover state. The buyer receives notification that they've won the auction and deposits the amount owed into escrow with Freemarket. Then you as a seller transfer ownership of the listing to the buyer. Once the buyer verifies that they have received everything as expected, they notify us to release your payment.

Hope that answers your question - feel free to leave feedback or questions in this forum at anytime. We are very keen to hear from the community so we can continually make Freemarket better.

    All the best, cheers.
