Need (free or paid) marketing ideas

Hey Warriors,

I've just launched a new startup,www.speedlancer.com. Right now it delivers design, writing and data entry/research tasks fast, in just 4 hours -- we've had good feedback so far, and we have almost 200 curated professional* suppliers on board, ready to compete to accept tasks.

Short of SEO, which will be a slow process (I think?), do you have any ideas to accelerate growth in the interim? I would love to hear any guerilla, paid, free or traditional marketing tactics, or any general ideas you have about the concept or to improve the site.

[Also, if you wouldn't mind visiting the site, following the prompts (before the payment stage) to test that it's all working well on your browser, that would be fantastic!]

Finally, if you know of any industries I should target (and have any advice for attracting people in those industries to use Speedlancer), that would be great.

    This is an interesting site, at least. I would use it for proofing services, since most proffers require 24 - 48 hours to deliver the work. I am skeptical about actually delivering the work in such a fast manner. Your prices are very low and every single time I've hired someone at this price point on Elance, it took him 3 - 4 - 5 - 10x more time than initially promised.

      Sorry for the late response; for some reason I didn't receive an email notification. Thanks for the valuable feedback, regarding delivery times and price points.

      The 4 hours is the easy part - to date we haven't had someone not deliver in the 4 hour deadline. It should be noted though that it's 4 hours after a Speedlancer accepts it (which averages from anywhere between 10 minutes to 90 minutes in most cases, but the task will be in the queue for a few hours in case no one is willing to accept the task). If it's not delivered within 4 hours of acceptance, you will be fully refunded, 100% guaranteed

      As for the price points, our prices are simply recommended prices. For example, graphics design's recommended price is set at $15, but this would be for a simple tweak. I'd recommend $29 for a simple custom design, but you can go anywhere up to $45 for the more complex tasks (although for our 'preset' products, eg an infographic design, the prices are sometimes a bit higher: Fast Infographic Design | Custom, Professional & Fast Infographics - Super fast design, writing, data entry & research tasks!). For writing, since most of our writers have professional PR/media experience and are all native English speakers, the price starts at $39; for data entry, it's $29. That said, you can choose different price points depending on what you feel is fair and what you feel is likely to be accepted considering the complexity of your given task. What we've found so far is that the more well described the task is, the more likely it will be accepted at a cheaper price point.

    On my chrome it works well, I tested using fake email and went all the way to paypal payment page - all to serve you, my lord lol

    Nice site, name and concept but I ran into a problem. When testing one of the forms I lost all my info typed into the form when I happened to click outside of the form box. It made the form and all my info disappear and I had to re-enter the info all over again.

    When it comes to promoting it, as I haven't included this into my initial review, I would use:
    1) A white-paper / lead gen device that sells the idea of outsourcing and how it saves costs (believe it or not, a part of your market is not sold on outsourcing yet).
    2) Guest blog posts on different websites. I'm not talking Life Hacker here but you can get on many IM sites for a low fee or even free.
