What is growth hacking and where it is used?

Hello all,

Can you simple explain what is growth hacking and which field we use this growth hacking.

    It's the idea that an entrepreneur can take a clever or non-traditional approach to increasing the growth rate/adoption of his or her product by "hacking" something together specifically for growth purposes. What people call "hacking" today will become common sense to most in the tech world in the future because people are waking up to the fact that growth doesn't simply come from having a good product. Increasing growth rates is a very active process, not a passive one.

    Very few growth optimizations are actually "hacks" though. For example, AirB&B figured out a programmatic approach to posting their listings to Craigslist to drive more bookings. It was definitely a hack because it wasn't done via an official API.

      In a sense, growth hacking is just marketing, but growth hackers work with different challenges using different tools.

      We've worked with mobile apps, but no games as of yet. The growth principles are quite similar from typical community apps as you would find in the gaming space. If you nee some help, drop me a PM with your needs and we'll take it from there.

    I did hacking into Ukraine Banking system in Nov 2013, and got 25 thousand rewards for finding security issue on their system. Is on Kiev newspapers, Ukraine people probably already read this story.

    so, growth hacking and ethical hacker is that same ?

    if this is same job , I would glad to open thread "penetration testing" for any website owner here's.

In simple term, the plan is to draw people to your site and give them reason to stay, engage and socialize in the hope that they will turn into a customer. This technique is being used by social media giants like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram and as you can see from their page rank, growth hacking is pretty effective.
