Growth Hack An Auction Site?

Greetings.

Im trying to figure out the best marketing methods a new Facebook 1click bidding auction app.

So far I have bought the "auctions" keywords from Google with success.

But I am interested in expanding and google ads can be really expensive, and for a startup its not always that easy, so I am really looking for a viral way to get this going.

Hey big thanks for great feedback.

Yes you are right about the Auction keywords, they are expensive. I think I will get it organically once get enough bidders on the site. Yes you are right I should have some partner initially, like for example craigslist poeple can sell their own site, What a great idea you just threw out.

    Thanks brother.

With some good optimising you can get some of that down, if you can increase the efficiency of the ads themselves. Some people seem to be amazing at optimizing PPC ads.

I used to work doing SEO and was working with a guy who managed the PPC spending about £250000 every week!
I have found that simple things like placing a orange boarder to image ads increases the CTR around 40%!

Do some research you might find some simple ways of increasing the effectiveness of your ads by simply rewording. A/B test them every week and change them depending on that. At that particular seo job I experienced wording changes that were A/B tested by a team of 20 people for a 0.4% change in conversion. For you however a simple A/B test every week would be a great way to save money.
