    This is an interesting list.

    Recently, I came across an article that had spoken about the importance of knowledge management tool in today's world of business as it can enact the role of growth hackers for businesses.

    On further research, I reached the conclusion that a knowledge management tool is proficient to help businesses attain their targets.

    It would be great if you could elaborate on the significance of knowledge base and probably review some top players like ProProfs.com knowledge management software, Falcon, Whatfix.
