Webinar packages are a great way to get yourself and your products/services out there. The great thing about webinars is that the videos can be saved and used again and again long after they are released. If you want a successful webinar package, you'll have to think outside of video and at the elements that were draw viewers in. Here are a few things you'll want to consider while creating your webinar package.

Carve Out a Solid Curriculum

This goes without saying but simply hopping on camera in front of a hundred or so people is not good enough to keep said people coming back for more. You need to have a curriculum in place for your webinars so that you stay on topic and offer valuable information the entire duration of the webinar. Carving out a curriculum also means having notes ready and being prepared to answer questions that may pop up at any given time.

When crafting your curriculum, you may want to consider whether or not you will need someone to help moderate your webinar and help you out with answering questions pertaining to the webinar. This can save you a lot of time while you€™re having your questions and answers segments.

Create Interactive Media for your Attendees

Interactive media is a great way to spread the word about your webinar. You can create videos, images, clips and more pertaining to your upcoming course. This is a great way to get people to click on your social media updates and pictures. Especially if you are on applications like Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter. Posts with colorful media and more likely to get clicks than those without media.

If you have a fan page or website, you can offer ˜points or coupon codes to your webinar course to people who share on all of their social media. This is just one idea but it's an especially good one if you have a small viewership and want to get your name out there. You'll want to start dropping hints about your webinar months in advance so that you actually have a lot of people in attendance.

Engage with Webinar Attendees Before the Webinar Begins

You can easily achieve this by creating posts/articles or social media updates about your upcoming webinar. Ask your attendees to leave the top three things they'd like to hear you discuss or demonstrate in the comment section and tag three people they know would be interested in the webinars. This will get your subscribers talking and grow your network.

Craft an Email Campaign to Bolster Support and Viewership

Starting an email campaign at least a week before the webinar series begins is a great way to keep attendees up to date and remind them about the upcoming courses. You want your email campaign to be fun and easy to read. Make them bright and colorful. Let the reader know that they're in for something good. You want your email campaign to reflect your personality and beliefs. They've already gotten this far so chances are the'll be part of the audience during your series.

Here are cool things you can do with your email campaign:

1. Play with color!
2. Include nice pictures.
3. Add personal messages via video.
4. Encourage your readers to respond to the emails.
5. Start a conversation on social media by asking your viewers to write you using a specific hashtag.

Offer Something for Their Time

Let's get real for a second. Any of us would be lying if we said we don't like an occasional freebie. Offering your viewers something for their time is a great way to get them to keep reading your emails and come hang out at your webinar. The freebie can be an eBook with the secrets to do whatever you do well. The freebie acts as an incentive to let your readers know that there is plenty in it for them.
