What should my Freebie be? Weight loss Niche

So I'm selling the 1 hour belly blast diet, which is a diet guide. I'm wondering what my freebie should be to get people to subscribe while staying relevant to the main product.

At first I created a small diet guide, but recently was told that probably isn't a good idea.

Thank you for any input you give me!

The usual freebies are merchandise with your products name. like shirts and accessories.

You can try a tight-fitting shirt with the name of your product.

if your diet guide includes recipes you can hold onto one particular unpublished, exclusive recipe you have. And make that your freebie, but only for your subscribers.

    Turn it into a giveaway.

Well, first things first. Never listen to anybody who says that it won't work. You won't know until you try. Ask for opinions but never let what others say dictate what you have decided in your heart. It will give you additional ideas and insights to help you decide but you don't have to follow it all.

A diet guide is good. I am a very organized person so I like guidebooks. I don't think it's a bad idea. A good freebie for your niche would be a waist trainer. It also helps with people's waistlines.
