As the titles says, i am looking for a crawler that can find specific keywords or the technologies that websites are made of !!!
Is there a crawler easy to set to achieve such a task ?

    You can probably do this right in google IE a search string that looks like:

    "wp-content/themes/[theme-name]" +"Electrician" / "wp-content/themes/divi" +"Electrician"

    Have you checked out BuiltWith ? they provide information about which tech a website uses. For crawlers without code I heard about Octoparse, but you need to enter the websites to be crawled I think
