Payment processor that can bill $350 initially, $20 per month thereafter?

I thought this would be doable with all big payment processors, but Stripe said they can't do this in a single transaction. Are there any other options that can bill in the $400 range initially and then a smaller recurring monthly fee?

    Maybe Avangate could do this - I use them for software. They just rebranded so I'm not sure what they're called now.

    JVZoo can do things like that, and PayPal can too (it's usually used the other way around, with a cheap initial trial period then a bigger monthly recurring payment, but the system to do that is available in PayPal, anyway).
