I think I'd rather stick to marketing for new web design/hosting clients, than handing the upsells (seo, facebook marketing etc). Delegating to a freelancer would keep the client in house but probably require extra oversight. Referring the person out for a commission would avoid the extra oversight, but probably make less. Has anyone else weighed/tried these options out? What option did you end up preferring?
