Outsourcing To Pakistan Really Works the Best

I have seen many people talking about outsourcing work to Pakistan, so though I would write my experience and share some of the facts which people do not understand well, while sitting 1000s of miles away.
Always find a company where you should outsourcing your work , this way you will have all the information about the company their legal position in worst case.
Single FreeLancer will not always be very much dedicated to your work only
Freelancers are mostly over occupied by the small little projects from upwork, fiver, freelancers, etc.
IF you do work with companies out there almost all of the companies are Registered with PSEB which is software IT board of Pakistan Govt. This way you can report any thing to them directly and they for sure response you back and get your matter sorted out for sure.

Outsourcing to Pakistan is really good now a days due to low costing and you will really save a lot from the project. Pakistan is having really good professional companies and even Microsoft and Google teams are working with these companies for some of their projects.

I hope I have made the topic clean enough for all the audience looking after such information about outsourcing work to Pakistan.

All Above is my personal experience with many companies.

    Very interesting.

How do you know when you're ready to start outsourcing in your business?

      Hey Kenny,

In a nutshell, you'll know when it's time to outsource your business after you have a solid handle on doing all of the menial, day to day tasks and you need to free up time so that you can work on higher level functions. It's important that you already have the experience and know how to do these tasks so that when you're ready to outsource, you will know exactly what tasks need to be completed and how to do them. You'll want to train whoever you outsource to on how to complete these tasks the way that you want them completed.

If we were to use a dropship ecommerce store as an example, tasks that you would eventually outsource would be adding products to your site, answering customer service inquiries, sending orders to your suppliers, posting on facebook, instagram, etc. You would want to outsource these tasks so that you could spend more of your time focusing on generating traffic through various means. The things that I mentioned are only a general example, every business owner is different and you may find that you would prefer to handle those tasks yourself and outsource other things instead.

I agree, I outsourced the writing of 3 books to a writer there and she did an amazing job.

I also have a friend who outsourced an app creation project there and he was very pleased.

Like all places, you'll run into great people and wankers.

    But, I've had success there.

I'm sure there are many great experiences from outsourcing in Pakistan.

Always find a company where you should outsourcing your work , this way you will have all the information about the company their legal position in worst case.
This caught my attention and got me thinking. I don't think I would outsource work that could potentially get me into legal trouble. If the work is that serious, I would probably do it myself or find more local help.

If I do end up fighting a legal battle for something, I'm not sure how well that would go over being 1000 miles or more away from the problem...whether I researched the company or not in advance.

Would you really be held accountable? Isn't there some off-shore law that you are not under their jurisdiction and nobody legally can touch you on US soil form a foreign land.

      Idk not sure.

But, this is damn true. Work needs to be outsourced. Not to the possible lowest bidder ofc. But to those who has the potential and can do it for a fair price.

I'm not a legal expert, but if someone commits a serious enough crime, it doesn't matter where they are from, they will be charged.

If you end up losing money and not getting the product or service you paid for from outsourcing to another country, your home country probably won't help much. Again, it probably depends on the crime.

Not only outsourcing to Pakistan but also outsourcing to any reputed company really works the best for a lot of companies and help them to concentrate on their core business.

I used to outsource basic web design / SEO for clients out to that part of the world and generally the work was solid. Much like product design in China, I always assumed if they could mess it up, they probably would. So keep it simple.
