City & date specific workshop

Hi..
I am just starting out here (no website, no fan page..)..and I am planning to hold a workshop on behavior change. The event venue made me a facebook event page. Although the event venue has over 20k fans, none as of yet (16 days) have purchased a ticket. Event takes place on june 21st.

What would be the lowest cost and highest impact growth hack(s) to get maximum exposure which would hopefully convert into clients buying tickets?
P.S. event held in specific city (non-US)

    You are basically between a rock and a hard place. Because you do not have a base of your own, your options are very limited. The only thing that you can do is seek any and every possible online place that you can to place a link to the page the venue has set up for you.

    I don't know what the specific topic of your workshop is, but you have to understand just because the venue has 20k fans, does in no way mean that any of those 20k will be interested in hat you are offering.

    I will assume that you live in the community that you will be holding the workshop? You need to hit the streets with flyers. Post them any and everywhere you can, and hand them out as you go along. I might suggest fll page ( 8..5 x 11 ) to post in windows and the like, and quarter page sized handouts to distribute to people. and like I said before then get online and post any and everywhere that you can post there.

    You have what 11 days left, and a lot of work!

    Boy do I hope this is not a workshop on making money online or growth hacking! ha ha
