Your metrics dashboard: what do you use, what does it look like?
For example:
- Social Media clicks, shares, likes
- Website visits, bounce rate
- Event costs vs new leads and conts
- Performance marketing costs against the amount of generated leads
- Automated lead nurturing emails vs less questions asked by prospects
Or is Excel the only way to go? If so: what does your worksheet look like?
