How did you make a payment? If by credit card then you can get a refund in 5 minutes, If by paypal then they will most likely win since its "virtual" item BUT if you tell them you were buying a "Lead book" that never showed up on your mail. You will get a refund. Good Luck

We bought this website in November 2014 and we were repeatedly assured by the previous owner that he would take care of all the lead orders prior to the date the company was purchased. I was under the impression that there were only a handful of pending orders, but there were dozens and the former owner had been ignoring the emails and phone calls of the people who made the orders. I started getting those emails after I bought the company and was reassured by the former owner over and over again that he would fulfill all of the orders or refund them. That lasted for about a week and then he disappeared, never answering anymore of my calls, emails or texts.

When it became evident that the former owner wasn't going to fulfill any of the orders, we decided to fulfill them all - even though they weren't part of the sale of the company. The amount of outstanding leads that needed to be delivered was huge, as was the expense to deliver them.

We fulfilled the order for the individual that placed this complaint and we are willing to do more if he's still unsatisfied, but we
haven't received any responses back from him even after numerous contact attempts via email, phone and private message through this forum.

We apologize to anyone that was taken advantage of before we bought the company and hope that you will contact us with any concerns.

The business practices of Rankleads.com have changed immensely since we bought the company. Repeat buyers account for 75% of our business now as opposed to about 5% when we bought the company. The lead quality is strong and we do everything we can to ensure the success of our clients. We’re not looking for one-time sales, so your success is our success.
