MemberDeliver and Steve Benn

Are there any other warriors who have purchased MemberDeliver only to be disappointed?
It's a decent product with a good concept but I feel it falls short compared to other solutions. Currently I use MemberMouse and while it is a WP Plugin it works amazingly well. Lot's of features, easy to use, and fantastic support.
Anyway, I requested a refund at Steve Benn's helpdesk nearly a week ago and he has not respond. There is a 30 day 100% money back guarantee and it seems like I might not be getting the refund.
