Content Boss VS Magic Article Rewriter Anyone?

Hello Everyone,

I am in need of a good article spinner and I just signed up to Content Boss and I have heard really good things about Magic Article Rewriter

Anyone have experience with them both?

I know Content Boss got pretty "hated on" but I also read they have improved quite a bit recently.

I wrangled my first couple of articles and they did fine for my purposes(submitting to web 2.0 for linkbuilding)

Anyhow, I was just wondering if anyone had experience with them both.

I am looking for people who had recent experience with content boss

Thank you for your time

-Mark

I have used neither of them, but have tried WordFlood and Power Article Rewriter.
After using PAR, I have never looked back... it is THAT good

P.S. Mind you, PAR doesn't come with a submitter, so you might need something like Article Post Robot or something to build backlinks.

it did indeed. Unfortunately for the people who tried to rubbish it, contentBoss is a great system, and quality will always triumph. it's still the only push button article rewriter system out there. Everything else either just replaces words with synonyms whether or not they make sense, or worse, forces you to spend ages selecting the synonyms using lists, pop ups etc - hardly a one-click solution.

I can click one button, and get an entire article put into jet spinner format by contentboss. I've never yet had to 'fix' more than 5% or so of the changes. And it's getting better as it learns. Used to take me 30 minutes and much brain ache. Now it takes me a minute or less and I'm good to go.

That's my opinion. You can sign up with my link in my sig, if you like :-)

PS, th eautomatic jet spinning comes via Automatic Jet Spinner Software to rewrite your articles instantly

modern jet spinners support enhancements such as randomly including / dropping sentences. In terms of what a search engine regards as unique, think shingling. So sentence re-arrangement won't make any difference, except across the sentence / shingle / sentence boundary.

In fact it could be counter productive. After all, what would YOU think, if you were a search engine, and came across the exact same 20 sentences, but just ordered differently? Would you think it was a zillion to one chance, or that the perp had done it to try and obfuscate the text?

I use Magic Article Rewriter as well as Magic Article Submitter. The whole package cost $80 through Clickbank. The software works well and you are in full control of the articles your going to spin. It spins up to 1k in unique articles and the submitter will submit single spin articles to directories, over 650 of them.

I have never had an article declined for being gibberish or rubbish at any of the article directories.

I recommend both pieces of software. They work perfectly for what they are designed for and is a one of purchase and desktop application.

I've signed up for Content Boss a couple of weeks ago, and I gotta say I'm impressed. I give it an article, it spits me a "spinnable" version in few seconds. And the kick is, it's readable and everywhere I submitted it so far, everyone's ok with it.

I've published over 40 re-written PLR articles (unique, the actual number of articles is way in the hundreds) this way through article networks and article directories directly so far. Not a single one was rejected, and I would be very surprised if any were.

What's more, the uniqueness it produces is unique enough for Google - I've most of those articles (as indexed) rank on the same serps. Surely, if Google had a problem with that, I wouldn't see more than one.

So to me, it's the next best thing since sliced bread. A rough calculation gives me ~$0.6 cost per re-written article ready for spinning. Where would I get anyone do it for that cheap?

Any other solution that's not "one-click" like Content Boss is, simply can't compare.

That about sums it up, Saul. It's the reason why so many pros use it. I used to pay $18 to get an article put into spin format. Now I pay a few cents.

Having said that, it's always wise to check the finished article before use, HOWEVER you generate it. Even if you paid big bucks for it, there's no guarantee it's any good. Proof read it!

        Hi guys,

I hope you dont mind me asking a couple of questions with regards to Content Boss, as i have no experience of article spinning at all.

First thing is that i get my own unique articles written for me in the format that i like and they are very keyword specific, and i submit them to ezine, so this would be my starting point for all my articles.

However i do realise that i am missing out on a lot of backlinks and potential front page position by not submitting to the other directories, so my basic plan is to spin each of my original ezine submitted articles 20 times and submit them (each being unique after spinning) to the top 20 article directories.

Then do a mass submission of a spun copy of the article to hundreds of directories purely for backlinks, should i get some extra page views from these articles then that would be a bonus.

        So with this in mind...

For the monthly fee of $29.99

I take it i am correct in thinking that Content Boss produces 1 spin ready article per article input, and to generate another variation of this same articles will cost another spin.

I get 150 spins/wrangles per month equating to around $0.20 per spun article, which is great value if the quality of the spin is good....

Approximately what %unique are these articles?

What does the associated jepspinner.com system do?

Any help or comments will help this article spinning newbie!

        Many thanks

        Paul

Yes, or if you use auto jet spin function you get an article with spinning syntax, i.e. curly braces and pipes. So you can then spin that article with any spinner for free as many times as you need.

If you use the aforementioned function though, I find it uses more than one credit and costs approximately $0.6

I usually get 40-50% from ~500 word articles. There are some settings that I haven't played with, those may or may not affect the percentage, I dunno. But this percentage is very much enough for me. If I rewrite manually, usually I don't get even that.

It gives you a spinnable article with a click of a button (common curly braces and pipes syntax, as I mentioned)

I just got Magic Article Rewrite and Submitter over the weekend. So, far it has been great. The rewriter is VERY intuitive and easy to use. And it also "gets smarter" as you go. So, eventually after using it for a while and savings your "tokens" (synonymns, etc); it truly will be a push button solution. I have never used content boss, so I cannot make a fair comparison. But I am happy with the rewriter for now. The submitter is also VERY easy. Over 700 article directories with one button submit (and they are all unique articles).

Yeah, that's the thing, eventually. But I need results now, that's what I'm paying for. I can create a rewriter that would eventually be something myself and use it for free, but that just doesn't cut it.

I mean if you have to spend hours on rewriting articles anyway, then that's not much of an automatization or making your life easier.

I'm pretty tempted to get Magical Article Rewriter and Submitter based on the reviews. What kind of article directories does Submitter submit to? Are they highly ranked ones? Thanks!

I'm actually going to purchase the Magic Article Rewriter and Submitter package too. I don't "do" monthly services for the most part because $29 here and there adds up fast.

The token feature of Magic Article Rewriter is what I've been looking for and I've also been looking for a new, better submission software because the other ones that I've tried have just been terrible with respect to updates and success rates.

I just watched the video for Magic Article Submitter and the sign-up proces for 700 articles sites is completely automated, including the clicking through the confirmation emails. I don't know how they did that but I'm impressed and can't wait to see it.

Saul, how many times does it rewrite each sentence? 3 times? (That's what it sounds like if it charges you for 3 spins).

It doesn't rewrite each sentence completely. Just phrases (well, unless the sentence is very short, but that's rather rare), and the number of variations for each phrase varies.

Assuming you mean the auto jet spinner integration, it doesn't charge for 3 spins, rather 2 on average - I've noticed it depends on the length of an article. If the article is under 400 words, it's gonna cost 1 spin, if longer - 2, etc. That's what I think it does anyway, I didn't see any specific documentation about it.

        Two questions please:

        1) Is Magic Article Rewriters Magic Tokens Database worth spending the extra $37.00 for?

        2) What is the minimum percentage you will spin an article?

        Thanks

My reply to the token database is no in my opinion. You can do a better job yourself.

The reason I say this is because the database is pretty much generic in terms, so if your writing on a particular subject, you can insert your own tokens that are more fitting and precise to your article.

An example would be - they're - token used would be they are - that's all. Nothing more then that. I use this technique with all words I come across and just one extra word helps tremendously.

As to how much to spin? I check at article checker for any duplicate issue that comes back with a dup of my theme. If its just - oh and by the way - then I do not bother. I always change the dup tags if they target my subject theme.

          Hope that helps.

I've not yet seen the benefit of tokens.
Not sure exactly how they work.
I use MAR for spinning...and it works great.
As for the submitter, I've seen a lot of
my articles are sitting in the queue
"waiting for review" after a week.

The original site for the magic article modules did have a five day free trial. I just checked and unfortunately the owner has taken that down now.

Just to answer one question here, the article directories it submits to is many of the lesser known ones where article dashboard gave out a free script and many webmasters loaded it up. Some have pr and others do not.

Personally, I do not see a lot of traffic on my logs from those directories, if any, so I guess the value will be in the link from an original spun article.

The Magic article submitter I think is the best automatic submitter on the market by far. Can't say for sure its the best rewriter even though it is good, I just haven't tried them all. But the best part about the submitter is that it not only creates accounts automatically at the article directorties but it also confirms all the email confirmations automatically as well. Its very impressive and easy to use. Ever since ive gotten that submitter I find myself writing articles more and more since I can distribute them so easily. I haven't tried content boss but have tried mass article control which is the most hyped and magic article rewriter is better and its not even close.

I bought mass article control yesterday and spent the whole day fiddling with it. I have never used this type of software before and the only reason I bought it was because I got a special promotion to get it for $30 cheaper than what its normally offered. Several of the functions did not work and im a little irritated with it thus far and im considering getting a refund through click back and buying magic article rewriter.

First when I go and try to replace an entire sentence I get an error message. Second when I try to add categories that is specific to my niche along with keywords I get an error message.

I guess i'm confused. They talk about submitting articles that are unique content to their directories, and when I actually create an article and go to submit to their 10 article directories its the same article right? I can see that it creates a lot of different articles but when you switch to the submitter you have to paste in the article you want and submit it so its the same article going to 10 directories.

that doesn't make any sense to me and since this is duplicate content the rankings and link juice (backlink power) you are gong to get will suck if im not mistaken. I m having a hard time seeing the benefit of submitting a ton of articles that are the identical to a bunch of article directories. To me it makes more sense to get a good spinning software and submit only to the top directories yourself or to web 2.0 sites.

Anybody have any comments? Am I off base here? Just seems it would be better to create more unique content by spinning entire sentences several times each and submitting those articles to places like free traffic system and your web 2.0 sites. I think magic article re-writer works with free traffic system anyway and you can use that for free.

      Thoughts?

I bought Mass Article Control, it is total garbage, save your money. I got the upgrade so I could submit to 20 directories, it returns an error message for 7 of the directories. It does however post to the other directories pretty quickly.

The so called article rewriter/spinner is just a waste of time, it's about as far from automated as you can get.

I can see this is your 1st post. And I'm glad you did. Because MAC is really a big-big waste of time. I don't understand all the hype around it when it was launched. Even the big names promoted it as the ultimate article marketing system! Another example of the B.S. going around in the IM world.

About ContentBoss: I've always liked it. If you know how to use it (the little tricks, easy to grasp) then this is the best tool in its category. Nothing comes even close.

I have just seen the sales page for the Magic Article Rewriter and it looks really cool. I was impressed by the article directory account creation...it is completely on autopilot...I really could not believe that.

Also the spinner is looking very promising. Not only you can use synonyms as in any other article spinner, it also let's you rewrite complete sentences...so if you do and hour of work...you can have hundreds of unique content...not just hundreds different version thanks to synonyms...

The other Content Boss I never seen...do not like to pay monthly fee if I do not have to...:-)

Somebody mentions Mass Article Control - I have bought it with the upgrade, but never make it work and I have used over 6 software like that. MAC is the worst of them and it's the most expensive garbage I have ever pay for... so do not waste your time and money.

MAC was indeed promoted by big gurus out there and now I will never buy from anyone who send me the emails to buy this MAC - because those people were not there to help you succeed but to make money off your desire to succeed... I have now unsubscribed from all those email list I get stupid offers from...sorry guys...next time please make sure to offer something of greater value...I have money to spend, but not on garbage...and little advice to all those gurus: PLEASE, really try the product, before trying to sell it - if its garbage, do not risk your reputation and the possibility of losing customer...

I buy alsorts of article tools. I have to because I am an app developer myself. Especially within the article creation field. One tool I haven't bought and tried yet is magic article rewriter with the submitter. I'm going to buy it tomorrow to see what it's like. I have only heard good reviews of it so the developer must have done something right. Looking forward to giving the submitter a whirl. So I'm guessing that it can submit a unique article per directory.. And also create ALL the directory accounts for you?

Has anyone noticed an increase in rankings due to this software?

Just watched the vid showing the new Magic Tokens update. If you pause the video and look at some of the synonyms it adds though you are going to end up with gibberish.

I thoroughly recommend the MAR/MAS combo, but cannot do the same for the MT database. If someone who actually has used the MT database, could you shed some light on the readability of the output, as the video did not make it look very promising.

I did have CB a while back, but that was back in its "hated" stage. I understand that it has been dramatically improved since then, but as has been pointed out by other posters, $30 a month could be better spent elsewhere (my opinion of course).

I've never used Content Boss, so I can't do a comparison. Have all of the Magic stuff and it's great. The Magic Token has some problems, but they realized it right out of the gate and are doing updates almost daily to get the list "cleaned". You can make your own tokens in the software if you like and the software remembers your additions as you add them to the single word spin list. I think that once the Magic Token list has been straightened out that it will be a tremendous time saver. Support is excellent on all of their products. So far, I like it a lot. Very easy to use.

I just got Smart Article Generator. Looks promising. I like the ability to input main topic and several subtopics with content then being pulled from the Internet. Most of the time I just need this kind of a jump start and then my own words start flowing.

Wow, I sure am reading a lot of positive things about Magic Article Rewriter all over this forum.

      1) Is Magic Article Rewriter a stand-alone program that works on a Mac and a Windows machine?

      2) If I already have Big Mikes ArticleBot, is there any reason to by Magic Article Submitter?

      Thanks

Quick Question on Magic Article Submitter. Do we have any control on what directories to submit to. After all, I am not too cool with getting sandboxed with 600 incoming links (I know there is timed release, but....want to maybe submit to top 20 or something).

I've got MAS, and I'm pretty sure that you can't pick how many you submit to. However, when you select the category that you want the article posted to, it will reduce the amount that are available for it to get posted to. The more specific you are with the category, the less article sites it will get posted to.

Also, they get approved at different times, and will get indexed at different times as well, so even with an article being submitted to a few hundred it's unlikely to have a negative on your site.

Lots of programs aren't cross platform. I'm using VM Warefusion with XP on my Mac because I like being able to access the Mac side at the same time, but you could run it on Bootcamp and it will work perfectly. Its very easy to set up.

I've never used Bootcamp but like anything Mac, I'm sure its a no-brainer to set up because installing a virtual machine on my Mac was. All you need is a copy of XP. I recommend a stripped down version of XP. Ask around or look on Craigslist for it. Bootcamp will require you to restart your computer when you want to use it or stop using it. Using VMWare Fusion or Parrellels won't. I bought VMWare Fusion on eBay as a CD for only $20 then installed it and activated the free upgrade from their site thus saving me about $65. Register at the MacRumors.com forum for info on how to do this, but again, it is very easy since your Mac will walk you through the process each step of the way. If your Apple Care is active then you could probably call them about this too.

I use and promote MAR and MAS. That said, I find a clickbank product and write about it just as you would do with your normal marketing campaigns. I submit each spun article to the article directories (now over 1100) and let them weave their magic.

There is no way I can follow each article stats, but I wrote about 5 articles on one single CB product and followed the same procedure. I used a quick link redirect from my site so if anyone clicks the bio box url, they go through my site to the sales page (clickbank hop).

Within one week I generated four sales for the CB product, $6.10 a sale, but that was still good and proved this simple technique did work.

I look upon the software as a good way to test products and also the lazy mans way to article marketing. My sales came directly from the article directories I submitted those five different articles to.

I use MAR for a lot of my organic rankings and has worked for me very well. It integrates with free traffic system which i often use. What I do is write an article spin it with MAR.

With one click it gives me the spun format to submit to free traffic system and put that article on 30 blogs with 2 back links on each article. When Im done i go back to the article and spin it further to at least 30% unique then post to about 15 of my favorite web 2.0 sites building up as many articles as I can on those, which then point to my website I want to rank in Google.

So far after 5 months I have over a dozen keywords on page one in a very competitive niche. It works. But with that said seo requires other things to be done as well getting links from other important places. I like MAR it works well and lets me take an article I find and totally rewrite it 100% unique.

I think its worth taking the extra 10 minutes to make sure your content is unique and you're not just taking a few words here and there and spinning them. Spin the whole sentence and rewrite it. Who knows Google may change their algo and devalue a articles that even are on different article sites are almost the same article. cant blame them if they ever did that.

I use parallels which is said to be faster than VM Fusionware. I'm on a pretty speedy Mac and my computer is still slowed down too much to do anything but use parallels. I am really annoyed by this and may need a new computer or a PC because I really like to use all of this PC software. But for now, I have to find native Mac stuff or use outsourcing. Argh!

Hmmm, I studied a bit before going with vmware fusion because it was supposed to be better than parallels (plus I found that killer deal on eBay), but who knows? I'm using a Mac Powerbook Pro 17 with 2.5 Ghz/6gb of ram. I run about 8 different windows programs on it (xsp2, magical article rewriter, magical article submitter, twadder, pix resizer, banner generator, x header, micro niche finder, etc., etc.) win xp and it runs pretty darn fast. In fact, it just might be less buggy than win xp on a pc. The only time I had problems was when I first installed it and realized that I had too much memory allocated to the windows side. I reduced the memory to 1112 mb and everything works great.

Switching from Windows computers back to a Mac after an 8 year absense was THE BEST thing I have done.

I would like to know the following:

Is there a list of directories the Magic Article Submitter is submitting too?

I believe there are 700 article directories the software is submitting too, but I would rather go for quality then quantity in the end or at least a mix of both.

Are ezine articles, goarticles, article dashboard, articlebase etc. included or are the directories unknown, new, with no pagerank etc. ?

This thread is really about the Rewriter than the submitter. But to answer your question, EZA etc are not included, it is more about quantity than quality.

What I will say, is that I've just check some submissions I did at the beginning of October, with around four or five articles.

      Published: 228
      Waiting for Review: 506
      Declined: 18

For me, the Waiting for Review is far too high. I know this is beyond the control of the software, but it does suggest that the article directories it submits to are not maintained, as having over 500 waiting for review for a month is rather high. It's smooth, easy to use software, but I would have liked it to have used article sites that will actually publish the articles.

I use Content Boss but I keep hearing good things about MAR.

The thing I want to know is HOW FAST it takes to spin with MAR? With Content Boss, it's one click and about 10 seconds. And about 5 minutes of touch ups.

From the video demo on the MAR sales page, it seems like we have to do the spinning ourselves manually - that is, select the words we want to spin, and then the words we want to spin them with. Sure it's pretty fast but CB takes care of it totally. But maybe you can do it as fast with MAR.

A one time $47fee beats a monthly $29 but I'm looking for SPEED.

    Any info MAR users?

    Thanks

I vote for MAR as well but never looked at content boss. Id rather make sure the article is spun correctly. if you just click a button and hope the program spins and makes it sound grammatically correct you're risking it not sounding or reading correctly. Which means you will still have to check over it and make adjustments to the article. I just don't see how a spinner can make an article come out perfect with the many different ways to use the English language, that have different meanings. my two cents

I still dont understand the point of spinning and submitting articles. Is it to make money from AC? Is it to generate backlinks to your MFA sites?

In my experience, contentboss is absolute garbage. Sales page is way misleading and straight BS. I cancelled my monthly membership before the second month renewed because of it, and I did so without using anywhere near my alloted 'wrangles' left. It just wasn't worth wasting more time with it. Took more time to edit the junk it spit out then it would have to create a quality article manually in the first place.

Ok, MAR seems to be just like power article rewriter except you are continually adding to your synonym databse whereas par does not?

    Hi,
I purchased ContentBoss and used it to wrangle some articles. It was good but I found out that the uniqification rate was not that awesome as I supposed. ALthough they say it has their custom technology and so on, at the end of the day it is a machine like all others. If you want to be more unique with your articles - you reduce your quality. As simple as that.

So not so much a magic solution. Did not try magic article writer.

    How I spin articles?
Well I have used PAR a lot of times. Now I have made a custom PHP script based on PAR data base that automatically inserts { | | } into the articles I run through the script. It is great automation and like contentboss (they also have a similar service doing the same but you have limits) - my script is not limited to size of the text.

One thing though - I have heard good things about thebestspinner but not tested it yet.

    THanks.

I've bought and tried lots of article spinning tools, the only one I stuck with is ContentBoss, I've been using it for over 12 months & the results speak and pay for themselves.

There's a link in my sig box to a Manuel I put together which involves ContentBoss & jetsubmitter, you can download it free if you sign up (just unsubscribe if you don't want to stay on the list).

The manual is designed for newbies so you might want to skip through the beginner stuff, but please help yourself.

    Just want to make sure:

    1. Magic Article Rewriter costs $47, which is one time fee?

    2. Fully automated article spinning("Apply Magic") upsell is also one time fee of $37 ?

    3. So there is no subscription fees or limitations(like Content Boss wrangles). You pay only one time for the main program and upsell and can use it as much as you want?

I thought about buying MAR. However, there was one big turn off for me and that was that there is way too much "Cargo Cult SEO" nonsense about "duplicate content penalties" on the sales page. This makes me doubt the quality of their product because it indicates either excessive scare tactic sales hype or a lack of knowledge.

I get your point. However, in Alexandrs defense (I use MAR and MAS), he is a really good guy and just spent about an hour with me trying to figure out a problem why MAS wasn't activating the accounts. Well, it turned out to be a problem on my end with my host and he fixed it. The thing is that the guy is from Poland or Romania or something so it was probably in the middle of the night for him. The point is that he went waaaaaaay way out of his way to help fix a problem that was not the problem of the program for a customer that bought from him many months ago and I appreciate that.

Well, that's why i do not read the sales pages

I read the reviews on this thread, watched several youtube videos about MAR and decided that it is worth a try. Especially when other services charge monthly fee.

Keep in mind that you will not be able to use automatic rewriting when buying MAR. That feature costs additional fee. IMO, the quality of auto rewriting is OK. But it depends on where you want your rewritten articles to be used.

I'm one of those troublesome 'detail' people who reads the sales page.

While unique content is a selling point, I felt that the sales page stepped significantly away from reality and into scare hype territory. If it hadn't been for that tactic, I would have clicked the buy button.

I used both MAR and Content Boss before. I definitely have to go with MAR. You buy the program and do not have to pay any other fees. Content Boss used to use UK language in my spins. I mainly write USA English.

I also bought the Best Spinner and it is awesome! It has a lot more synonyms in the database than MAR. Plus you can replace words throughout your article or do the spin style too. And it uses the TAB button so you can go through the article quickly!

I usually use the Best Spinner first and polish up with Magic Article Rewriter. Then submit with Magic Article Submitter. Works for me!!!

I don't understand, why would you need to run your content through both?

Also which do you think is more ideal (Bestspinner or MAR) for creating unique content that you'd want to publish on your own site, rather than spinning a bunch a versions to submit to the directories, etc.?

Hi Chris - I run them through both b/c I haven't totally fixed MAR's token database yet. The Best Spinner already has all of the synonyms in there. I haven't had the time to add all of the ones from The Best Spinner to MAR's even though I bought the extra add-on for MAR's synonyms.

I really like the way that MAR adds to the content and makes it flow better with hardly any editing using the purchased tokens database. The Best Spinner I have to edit more than MAR but not by much usually.

I really like The Best Spinner's TAB feature b/c it makes it easy to go through the article faster than selecting every word. Not sure if MAR has updated this though. Anyway, both are good but MAR you have to put a little more effort in for the synonym and token database. Once you have it set up it should be a very useful tool for you. Plus MAR is quicker!

The Best Spinner comes with tons of synonyms already but even using the "Best" feature to replace words automatically, you have to edit it to get the article just right.

I really like both of them and use them both right now. Hope that helps!

Though articles are being accepted in article directories, this doesn't mean they are indexed immediately by search engines such as Google.

MAC is a decent program is you know what your doing, it was my first Article Rewriter and the learning curve was steep because you had to teach it more words for it to be effective. As for the submitter, if you upgrade you get to submit to 20 sites, EZine is in the list but you can count that one out and on average only about 10-12 directories actually accept submitions through the software on a run.

Being a new member of Content Boss I have found it to be a time saver when it comes to my SeNuke submissions, and lets face it I don't have the time being in the military to write and rewrite content all the time. I also use their AutoBlog feature, however I just started with that so can't tell to its effectiveness. I will say that it will come in handy during my upcoming deployment to Afghanistan ensuring my blogs are always fresh while I am away and have limited internet access.

I had the same problem, what good is having the links to all those directories if you can't get registered to them, I ended up just giving up on it and sticking with SeNuke.

      Sheryl,

I had that same problem using a domain email address that forwards to a gmail account (make sure gmail is IMAP enabled). It turned out that I had a spam protection thing on in my cpanel (Hostgator). When I turned that off it worked great and now have about 950 accounts activated. Worse case scenario, contact Alexandr and he will help you with this issue. Another thing; if an email address doesn't work (meaning your accounts aren't getting activated), then you will have to use a brand new email address with a fake identity when you create a new profile in MAS.

I just started the new version of MAR, and it is now one of the best tools out there. I'm very impressed. And if you use the magic tokens database (costs an extra one time $37), it is now better than Content Boss.

The thing about Content Boss is that the monthly fee is expensive, and the "wrangles" and autospins aren't even unlimited. You get a limited number of credits, and to spin an article well usually takes at least two credits. The CB autospinner usually spun my articles to 15%, sometimes only 11-12%. Seriously, if you just use MAR and save your own tokens as you go, your own token database will be able to autospin at 12-15% within a week. So Content Boss is pointless IMO. The magic tokens database can autospin at 40%+ and still be around the same quality as something from CB. Those autospun articles aren't wonderful, but for Web 2.0 properties, they're awesome. I just push a button and then cut and paste into SEnuke.

CB would be fine if it was a tool with a one-time price, but with MAR getting so good I can't see any justification for CB charging as much as it does on a recurring basis.

  • I have used the Magic Article Software extensively and here are my thoughts / concerns:

    1. The Article Rewriting software is excellent. Highly recommend it. It's very intuitive and doesn't spit out "gibberish" as one Warrior incorrectly wrote. There is a bit of a learning curve (took me about 2 hours) but it works well.

    2. The Article Submission Software, I have serious concerns about. Yes there are a list of 700+ directories (I think it is up to 1200 now) BUT and this is a big one, many appear to be owned by the same person / company (possibly the software owner). Some look alike and are run on the same directory script software. I haven't checked them all so I'm just reporting on what I have seen so far, but my gut tells me most are owned by the same person or company.

This leads me to believe these article directories were set up to sell people on auto article submission software. Technically the software accomplishes that, somewhat. I have had about a 42% submission success rate to these directories. The one's that are listed as being "under review" are broken pages.

I'ts possible that these directories have little value as far as quality goes. Definitely quantity versus quality here folks.

You cannot add your own directories to this software so this may render it useless for some people who are looking to place their articles in quality directories.

    Hope that helps

    Hi All,

I have a couple more questions about MAR and MAS. I just watched a bunch of youtube videos on each of them.

The first question I have is how do MAR and MAS interact? Do you spin the articles using MAR, save them to a file, and then MAS goes to get them? Or does MAS just re-spin them according to how many directories it can actually submit them to?

The second question I have is for the current users of MAR/MAS. Once the articles are submitted for review, about what percentage get accepted? It looks like 1,200 directories turns into 650 accounts, with 250 submitted for approval. It seems that boasting about 1,200 article directories is a bit of a misnomer if only 50 (or some other lower number) article directories accept your articles.

Overall this sounds like a great tool, and hopefully I will be able to get it soon. I was just wondering about the above questions. I am not really deciding between this and another program, just thinking about how soon I should get it.

    Thanks,
    Scott
