Hello,

I just wanted to let others know they may not want to purchase the RAP membership add on.

I have been trying to get support for the past week and a half. Heck it could have been two weeks right now. I have a major project on hold because of a error with the Membership add on.

Bill has been pushing me off when it comes to customer support. He asked for my log in and details to help me fix it. I sent it to him and heard nothing for 3 to 4 days. I posted another reply, on his help desk, and he finally responded saying he didn't see the support ticket and was surprised the problem was still occurring. I don't know why he was surprised since he never helped me fix it.

Than he later asked me to skype him to get it fixed even though I had already sent him all the log in details. I haven't heard from him since.

Basically, I am stuck with no way to turn unless I go with a different membership site leaving my investment in RAP and the membership worthless.

I would recommend others not to invest into this script if you are going to use the Membership addon. If something goes wrong you may end up getting no support just like me.

Save your money and go with amember. I have been thinking of asking for a refund. I am already committed to using RAP on other sites otherwise I would.

Edited: I just checked my ticket and it has been exactly two weeks. This is not acceptable when trying to run a business. I was suppose to have this up a week ago.

    Sorry to hear about your issues.

    I actually had the complete opposite experience. I posted in the RAP forum about a weird issue I was having, Bill responded within a few hours, and then fixed the issue that day with me on Skype.

    Hopefully Bill will see this and get you sorted out. I'm sure it just slipped through the cracks.

      Hi Kyle,

      I am having the same issue that you had. I even posted in the same thread on the RAP forum. lol

      I don't know how it slipped through the cracks since he has been sporadically responded to my support tickets since two weeks ago.

      I am really starting to think about developing my own solution so I don't have to go through this again.

      Anyway, thanks for posting.

        Update:

        Bill just fixed the problems. There seems to be a problem with his help desk and seeing all of his tickets. I recommended that he post another way to contact him if this happens again.
