InMotion Hosting is a reliable company but it would best to know what your requirements are to find you the best option. What kind of site(s) are you hosting, traffic/month, bandwidth usage, etc? Are you currently on a VPS or using shared hosting?

I am on a shared hosting and I need a VPS because I am going to drive traffic via PPV so the loading speed of the landing pages is my main target.

A VPS doesn't means it's going to be faster. What type of site is it and are you having problems at the moment? In reality, a shared hosting plan with a decent company should not have any problems with large amounts of traffic - you should be more concerned with resource usage. Without knowing what your current resource usage is in terms of memory & CPU, I/O etc, you could very well throw money away on a VPS that isn't sufficient..

  I have been with them for a number of years and have had no problems.
  I wish i could say that for other hosting providers i have tried,ahh well we

I like my Managed VPS with WiredTree com. It's quick. I also have a shared account with InMotion, which is a great company as well.

If you're really technical, check out Digital Ocean. Very affordable and great reviews. I just don't want that much work.

I can't say anything about the mentioned company but I'd advise you to have a deal with QHoster.com and eWallhost.com companies.
Their VPS deals are resourceful and uptime is high and network is fully-redundant.
Support is active around the clock.

I've been building Websites for fifteen years and I've probably used a dozen hosting companies. I've been using Servint exclusively since 2011 and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. They're not the cheapest, but their tech support is, hands down, the best I've ever seen anywhere, and I'm a systems administrator by trade.

Strongly recommended.
