SEOPressor Review, Daniel Tan POOR Product POOR support

Can anybody tell me why the much publicised Daniel Tan and his support simply do NOT reply to support after the purchase of any of his products?

I purchased the multi license of SEOPressor, which is dramatically slowing my blog down, and Daniel's support is simply non-existent so far.

    Is he even around anymore?

    I have his SEO Business in a Box. None of
    the downloads work. I've tried to contact him
    a number of times. Even called the phone number
    on the Whois site and left a message.

    NOTHING

    I have found this to be pretty standard with many sellers
    on the Warrior forum.

    We've seen your ticket and it looks like support is with you. Now if your issue is technically involved, it will take time for support to resolve. If it is with plugin conflicts or theme conflict, it will not be resolved immediately but reviewed on the upcoming release review. Rest assured, your support requests will always be attended.

    @Blase, yes I am around in good business. SEO Business Box has been retired long ago as the information is outdated. We are no longer selling SEO Business Box. If you purchased during that time, you should have downloaded them, all downloads are automatically delivered. If not, support would have given you the access as well.

    We have one of the best support in the industry, the team clears all tickets as fast as we can. We also have permanent staffs in the office, not using VAs or outsourcing support. Our support are programmers too, they are not common support persons.

      Hey Dan,

      I realize it's old, but the site is still up, but the links to AmazonS3
      are not working. As long as it's still up why not have it work
      with a disclaimer saying you feel this info is out of date?

      Next question, and this really applies to a lot sellers, why have a membership
      site in the first place? Why not just have a download page? Membership sites
      give a feel of something more permanent.

      Next, you may think your staff is doing their job, but I made contact twice

      Which is the address in Whois.

    Blase,

    The domain name is still active, but we have closed down everything on the site. We used membership to deliver content to have them password protected, there were quite some content inside there which was better done with membership site than plain download pages.

      We can confirm that since starting this thread we have had a reply from support, which were helpful. We identified that there was indeed an issue with the software, and we agreed on a 'work-around' until the software is next updated.

      We look forward to that update, which stops us having to do manually what the software should do without the current issues.

      But yes, we have now received support, but it did taken 2/3 days to get an initial response.

    Same issue here. I have raised a support request on August 5 and there is still no reply. Also I have sent mail to your Mail Id as well as a gentle reminder . Still waiting for a response from your support team and yourself.
    Lack of reply creates a bad perception about the support team.

    Guys,

    This product has very poor support and secondly, the software accesses their servers for calculation and other stuff. if one day as they have disappeared, their servers disappear then all the users of these product will find cheated. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

    I wrote to them asking some pre-sell questions. No replies at all after 5 days...

    It is not a good sign, maybe they are not interested in new potential customers... Marketing...marketing...marketing everywhere...and then there is still someone that does not reply to his leads...

    I've been using this on a site I've recently made. It seemed quite good, between that and SEO Pressor for Firefox I hit the first post results on Yahoo and Bing, still tweaking for first of Google

    However this site in question does have a long load time.. which is odd as it's mainly text based.
    I'll try switching the plugin off temporarily and seeing how this affects load times..
