Best Video editing software

Could you please tell me which one is the best video editing software. Actually i am making a plan to open services on Fiverr & i already set my mind. I find that video editing services have really huge money that's the only reason i am gonna with video editing and post production. I already started this services & hire someone to do the work for me but i realize that the person is asking for more money to me as well as he said me to charge as much as i can charge to my buyer which is not good because i am new on Fiverr.

I am getting stuck to explain my employee that i am new on Fiverr & i won't be able to charge high from each buyer. I started graphic designing services as well & i allotted the same graphic destining work to the same employee & i was surprise to see that i made 484$ in just 29 days. I know it's quite low but i just spent 25$ and made 484$. But due to some circumstance my account got banned few days back. Now i have decided to reopen the same services of graphic designing + video editing + article writing + hold your sign & so on in which i am talented.

I am an Internet marketer from last 4 years when i was in school & you won't believe how much struggle, hard work i did in my life to climbing few step in my life. I just get a car while working on Fiverr and now i am making a plan to buy iPhone soon. Again i tired my best to make my account top rated which i am trying on daily basis. I find forum very unhelpful because the only place which take my account to the banned condition. I really worked very hard to earned some bucks. Please help me how to take my account to top rated as well as suggest me best video editing software
