I strongly recommend you stay away from hostgator or any other EIG companies, they have been known to offer... not so great services lately. So, just look for reviews of other hosting companies, there are plenty to choose from!

I haven't tried this service yet. So far I've used two webhosts, with both I've experienced slow loading issue. And still experiencing the same.

I've checked rshosting, webhost UK and Hostmonster's VPS plan. Comparing with these three servers I've found hostmonster's first plan to be cheapest.
However, I don't know which would be the best with great features and add-ons.

First of all, there are already a ton of threads started about hosting, the search tool is your friend.

Secondly, I don't understand why people are always showing up in these threads about hosting talking about how great Hostgator(or any other EIG owned host) is. Well, in the case of "latest2" above, I actually do, it's to post their affiliate link(I have reported to mods). Do a search on this forum for Hostgator and read all of the horror stories about service and down time since they were purchased by EIG.

I did a quick search and here are the reviews from just this year;

Thanks jimzimm for your kind information. I believe that you know my intention for posting this thread as I already stated my problem. This is to find out the best solution out of all good contributors that joined me in this thread. Not to promote any affiliate links. I already have checked most of the threads you mentioned. Time has changed, and the servers are constantly changing along with it. We need to update ourselves as well!

I didn't reference the fact that I didn't know YOUR intentions, I was referring to the person who posted prior to me, "latest2" who's post has been deleted because they posted an affiliate link. My point was that there are already a lot of threads started with plenty of responses about hosting, and you could find out what you wanted to know by reading them.

Try siteground or bluehost. I've also tried AYKsolutions in the past for a dedicated server and their email support was great.

I think a2hosting.com and ewallhost.com servers are gooid for hositng any websites with.
Servers are well-balanced and their prices are low taking into account the amount of the resources included in their plans.

Welcome to aff hosting world. It 's a very noisy world what can take you a lot of time before you can make money. But there are some tips I believe it can save you a little time

- Only focus to one application hosting instead of general: wordpress, joomla, magento ...
- Start with affordable price shared hosting what user can take decision easier: $3 -> $5/month
- Focus to one page review what you need to write carefully and make it SEO friendly (landing page).
- Your site need to be very fast to load (before you tell anyone about hosting service, you must use a good hosting service)
