PaidForumPosting.com Review - Horrible Experience

Here is my review of paidforumposting.com a forum posting content creation service that is not offered on WF, so therefore, posting a review here is 100% within the TOS/Rules of WF. I’m only posting this to help others gain insight on this company so they can make an educated decision as to where to spend their money.

Paidforumposting.com are welcome to come and comment here publicly about it, be upfront, clear and honest. I’m happy to discuss this in the open, like adults.

So here is my experience:

As a buyer/client of PaidForumPosting.com, they did not deliver my order, zero posts were made.

They explicitly stated "this product is virtual" and that disputes will incur a fee up to $200 for 'labor', after I questioned their 15% admin fee for refunds on non-delivered work explained later in this review. Both of these points are obviously for Paypal disputes. Paypal does not cover virtual products, as we all know.

I find it curious as to why any legitimate company would put a ridiculous fee in their TOS for disputing the transaction with Paypal.

I ordered a package of 2000 posts and paid extra for my order to be processed faster.

They did not deliver the order, or even start the order after 10+ days and several ticket updates. The order form states the dates that the posting will start/end and I should expect posts to start within 2 days (sooner if paying for a rushed order, which I did). Also that the order will be completed by 10-20 posters. We received zero posts.

When I requested a refund, because no progress was being made whatsoever on the order, they said that they will keep 15% of the total order as an 'admin fee'. They believe this is fair. Its a flat 15%, even if the order was for $20 or $500, somehow 15% is fair across all of these price points, for their efforts of not delivering your order.

I believe in a simple system, you do a job, you get paid, you don't do a job, you don't get paid.

I sent them $503.80, they returned $428.23. Keeping $75.57 for absolutely zero posts made.

I saw no evidence of them having any active posting community. I'd suggest hiring your own individual posters, it would be faster, cheaper and most importantly, you will actually get what you pay for.

This is my paidforumposting.com/HostedHere LLC (hostedhere.net, just199.com) review.

In my opinion, PaidForumPosting.com scammed me, because I don’t know what else you would call it when you pay for something and the payee keeps your money without doing any of what you paid for.

1) I paid for forum posts, 2000 to be created by 10-20 posters over 60 days.
2) 10+ Days into the order, not a single post had been made.
3) I request to pull the order and refund, because it is not living up to their deadlines at all. They claim that posts start within 48 hours and I paid for a 'rushed order' which is meant to be faster.
D) They keep 15% of what I paid for their efforts of not delivering anything. The order was $503.80.

I have attached a screenshot of one of the final tickets with names and sensitive information omitted. I can post anything else requested, or show a mod any proof needed. Paidforumposting.com’s owner is welcome to post here.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. It is important, as a community, to warn each other of these p.o.s. scam artists.

I am sorry that you feel that way, but you are of course entitled to your own opinion. When you placed your order with us you explicitly agreed to our terms of service before you paid for your order. In the terms of service it clearly states the following: "Requests for refunds prior to delivery will be subject to a 15% administrative fee".

Had you waited until the agreed upon job end date and we had not delivered, your refund would have been 100%. We followed the TOS that you agreed to prior to your purchase and very quickly refunded your money. Best of luck to you in the future.

Time is money, if I pay for posts to start in less than 48 hours and drip feed naturally over 4-8 weeks max, starting the order extremely late is absolutely not acceptable. It is not the same product. Would it be acceptable to deliver a family's December christmas tree delivery order in February?

You didn't once mention this 100% refund if I waited 8 weeks and the order was still not delivered, even when I requested the refund. You basically said that it may take substantially longer than the deadline to complete and that you have absolutely no control over it. The order went on for 10+ days and not even one post was made. You already didn't deliver, the order was meant to start in less than 48 hours.

Your order form deliver options explicitly claims that the order will start within 48 hours. On which you can even pay to rush the order to be faster than this, which I did. Please check the screenshot attached:

Yes, your terms include keeping 15% on orders that have not been delivered. As well as a $200 fee for making a Paypal dispute or chargeback. Thank you for pointing this out.

Best of luck to your business in the future as well. I hope that you see this feedback as an opportunity to make your service better, rather than continue justifying trying to keep your customers money for a service that wasn't even partially delivered and consider it a fair practice.

As a last resort, I have filed for a chargeback with my bank/credit card company.

I realize this is an old topic, but as the current owner of PFP, I wanted to take a minute to make it clear to anyone who sees this that ownership, policies, and customer service have changed dramatically. Every client now works directly with myself and/or an assigned project manager. Because of this, we see little to no client dissatisfaction; however, if something does arise, we address it quickly and in line with the client's target specifications. While we do naturally have company policies, we work with each client individually to ensure their needs are being met rather than let it get to the point that it clearly did with this example from 2015.

I am sincerely sorry that this client (the OP) had the experience he did and I cannot stress enough that customer service has been our top priority since the change of ownership that took place in April 2017. For anyone who may have questions, please feel free to reach out to us via our new website and we will be happy to help. Thanks so much!

Thanks for your review, qotsa! What I know about PaidForumPosting is that I applied to be a writer several times and wasn't approved for once for unknown reasons. If I had been told why I was not approved for posting, I would have fixed that once for all. Thanks!
