I received an email from Warrior Plus about this new Landing Page Lead Generation course by Mario.
Wondering if anyone has bought this course and can offer their review here. Or, if you have any experience with this type of biz model for lead gen?

I got the same email Zoro,

I know nothing specific about this model Mario presents, but I do know Mario's style of working, regardless of his model. He's an old school salesman, This like all of his and Camron's model involves the one thing that scares the dickens out of most warriors. You have to actually talk to people to get you deal done. Back and forth email may work, but its slllllow and you can lose the deal through email that you would more likely snag if you have a little bit of strategy in talking with prospective clients. This bit of skill I presume Mario teaches you of sorts with a script of what to say that will apply most times because questions, objections, etc., are 80% what all prospects will say.

This fits into my arbitrage model I am working so I may add it to my quiver. The lump sum pays are very interesting for certain. Mario usually has an OTO up his sleeve and I wonder if it is required to really make this model work, which is the reason for any hesitation I have.

They (he and Cameron) no longer sells on a warrior page where you can post questions and such. Nor do they offer money back guarantees any longer if my memory serves correctly. At least not on their front end offers. But they do offer a lot of proof through presentations like these, which 98% of sellers do not without having you opt in for their webinar.

If I were a betting man, for a risk of $27.00, and the pay days shown by students, odds are I will likely take a look see.

Sorry I could not tell you more.

    Robert

EDIT: Mario does offer a "life time money back guarantee" for this model. Therefore zero risk!
However, in my experience with Mario and Cameron's models, they are never as easy to implement as they claim.

Hey guys... I purchased this course (Local Landing Page Machine) at 7:09am this morning and what I got was their OTHER course - Local Lead Gen SEO.

Certainly NOT what was promised in their video.

I am not sure if they are scamming us, or if it really was an honest mistake.

So... don't waste your money until this is fixed. By the way, I did send Cameron an email at 9:05am this morning to let him know.

If anyone has received the correct WSO, please let me know.

          Thanks

It actually is pretty easy to build a landing page. It's also pretty easy to prospect for a buyer too! But figuring out the right copy that actually converts is going to be the tough and expensive part.

You need to split test this stuff over time to get it right and if you are in a niche and keywords with a high CPC then it will get expensive really quickly.

Again, I am not discouraging you. I say go buy a domain and host it ($20 max maybe), download a LeadPages template (100% FREE!), adjust the copy to your niche of choice and then go setup your adWords campaign.

I added this exact thing to my seo lead gen site (from your other thread) and it took me a couplenif hours to get all setup. Even easier if you have a LeadPages account.

But like he said in the video.... "if your landing pages don't convert, you're screwed." because his sales process includes giving the prospect 100% money back if they don't get any conversions and sales from the landing pages you setup.

Like seriously I won't believe that until i see it for myself
Creating and even selling these are not going to be as difficult as coming up with copy that is strong enough to convert into leads and sales. Because they suggest to give a money back guarantee to each prospect, its highly likely that most of what people are selling will not be effective and require a refund.

          Just a guess.

Also you need to factor in the cost of a/b split testing of your landing pages. If you are in a competitive niche the cpc could bt $10 or higher. So better have some cash ready to fund that process too, otherwise you'll be peddling garbage landing pages.

JMO...this is another one that looks easier than it sounds

With all offline stuff you have to be able to either go out and talk to biz owners, call up biz owners cold..
or follow an email plan - and probably all 3

In this case you would have to be able to make the "landing pages"....premake some samples i would think....have the graphics and copy ready....

then you need - a sales process - pitch emails biz cards - IMHO a portfolio of sorts...your own website...a powerpoint presentation loaded on your laptop

you will also need to scrape emails, phone numbers and then check the biz, webpage etc find ones you think could use your service

getting through to them will be daunting - you will need to stick it out

as JamesFreddy says - you will also apparently have to make sure these pages "work"....that they bring in leads
are you supposed to ? do the seo? promote the pages? buy ppc out of your own pocket? what about refunds?

This is not a new idea - maybe the "money back" offer is a spin...but you better be good to make that stick
You can find lots of landing page info online...check it out

Zoro -Here is my suggestion - make a landing page for yourself - for your facebook /mobile plug in -
a landing page that promotes your offer - "rank it"....see if it brings you leads/sales for your plug in page

OK, it looks like the purchase link has been corrected.

To his credit, Cameron did email me a few minutes ago with the updated info and hopefully has done the same for everyone who already purchased!

Hi Kirby... I have reviewed about 1/2 of the course so far and here are my thoughts:

        1. The price is only $27. I know there are lots of people on the WF that think they should get a complete, fool-proof business plan that makes $1,000,000 a year while sitting in your underwear in your parent's basement for $27. Please.

Sometimes I can't believe some of the questions people ask on this forum. Like "how much money can I make"? Are these people really that stupid to think ANYONE can answer that for them???

        2. I always remind myself that if this WSO was so good, the seller would not be sharing it at all. Seriously. If you are making $100,000 a month, why waste your time with this stuff? Or tell the world? I wouldn't.

Having said that, and recognizing this WSO is... well, a WSO, I expect to get what I pay for. My goal for all these purchases is always the same... pick up a few nuggets of gold. Not start the next Apple.

        3. Have I learned anything so far?

Yes, based on some of the apparent negative feedback already about the course, Mario and Cameron have definitely toned down some of their outlandish claims they made in the 4 free videos they released last week. That's why there are different videos floating around.

No worries, the training still has plenty of things that make me smile and say... "WTF"? Just not as much.

        4. And yes, I would buy it again having reviewed about 1/2 of the course. As usual, there are lots of missing pieces and lots of theory. If spending $27 is a problem for you, well... you have bigger problems than this course can solve.

        5. Mario's negative comment about Frank Kern gave me a good chuckle. He doesn't mention Frank by name, but he clearly is talking about him. Must of had a "dust-up" with Frank in the past. Personally, I like Frank's stuff.

        6. There is an OTO. I think the price is $47. Have not reviewed it yet, so no comment. Seems like a pretty big up sell to me.

        Hope this helps.
