I use Photoshop and create the design by myself. After that I use plain simple HTML&CSS&Javascript to make it into a webpage, or Bootstrap if I am lazy.

However if you don't know how to use these you can always go with Wordpress plus something like Optimize Press 2.0, Lead Pages, Thrive Themes, etc. You can search them up on Google and have a look.

I use both OptimizePress and LeadPages. When I have a vision already and want to take the time to get that vision on "paper" then I turn to OptimizePress, which is a WordPress theme/plugin.

When I'm just going on the fly or don't really know what I want the page to look like then I go with LeadPages.

Instabuilder 2.0 is a good plugin that I use.

I will say clickfunnels blows everything out, but you cant do unlimited pages with CF

    Hi,

Thrive content builder + Thrive leads = major conversion rate / awesome pages / extremely good support

      Hi, I have used
      :
Thrive: couldn't get on with it, got a refund

Instabuilder 2.0 I am using this and it's very good especially if you want a one off payment deal.

Instapage: this is probably the best for ease of use but it's a hefty monthly payment of $79, great if you have lots of spare cash to invest.

I have used Profitbuilder on a number of occassions.

      Overall, it's a great value.

I'm not a huge fan of the designs from an aesthetic perspective.

Sometimes items are a little clumsy to drag and drop and move around. Sometimes it's perfectly smooth. Maybe because I use chrome? Note sure...

I use a standard bluehost account. When I made a sales page using Profit Builder, it loaded very slowly and I needed to pay $40 to fix it for the client. Something to do with too many separate CSS files, if I remember correctly. Part of that could also be because the page was a long-form sales page.

Leadpages or Clickfunnels will produce better looking pages. Profit Builder will give you easy access to a developer's license. The templates look good, but in my eye they're not beautiful.
