Generally your best bet is going to be https://www.godaddy.com -- If your going to purchase over ten I would recommend you signing up with the Godaddy Domain Club https://www.godaddy.com/domains/discount-domains.aspx

If your looking for more niche specific bulk domains I would recommend https://www.namepros.com/

I used namecheap.com since it offers less than $11 for .com domain plus with free whois guard for one year.

They also offer coupons each month which reduces the price from 10.87$ to something like 9.57$ including WhoisGuard. I also buy all my Domain Names from namecheap

Check livecodes.blogspot.com for GoDaddy coupons, they're usually very cheap.

godaddy and namecheap are most popular one. Godaddy support is super horrible, there is no email or support ticket, just call or live chat but its live chat is off whenever too many people. No phone support for namecheap.

Name cheap by far - there may be no phone support but the live chat and regular support are still lightyears ahead of GD in timeframes - also very easy to push or transfer domains when you sell a site. And they run frequent sales on various new TLDs.

I use Godaddy and Namecheap I find that both have excellent customer support. Go with whichever has the lowest price for the domain you want to buy. Search for coupon copes and special offers and also pay attention to the second and subsequent year price. If you're going to keep your domain for several years it's important to know how much it's going to cost you in the long run. For the long term you might find that Godaddy offers more value, they have more coupons.

I register all my domains at Namecheap. I always do a Google search for Namecheap coupon code and I always seem to find something that brings a one year domain registration, plus make it private, for around $10. There's not a lot of frills there, but if you want that then you can go take a peek at GoDaddy.
