Good Domain Register?

Who do you register your domains with?
Do they have a good interface that makes domain management easy?
What do they charge?

Please do not suggest namecheap as I have an account with them. Their new dashboard is so difficult to use and not user friendly that I am now starting my search for a good domain register.

Thanks!

For good user CP you might choose BlueHost, HostGaTor or iPage.

Since Namecheap is out of question, probably you could use Netfirm and GoDaddy. I find Netfirm is the easiest one to use. I would never purchase domain as package with hosting unless I don't want to use it for long term. The best is to purchase domain at Domain Registry and Hosting company separately.

I would do your home work on this one. I had godaddy and did not like them. I switch to namecheap but I have not been into the new dashboard yet. Shame I liked there old web look about a year ago the new I have never liked. IMHO.

Here is a link off google, I'm not an affiliate of this site. It recommended 10 and a few other search's had more results but they look more like ads to their company. I would be weary of yahoo that is recommended in the search.

Namecheap is the best in the business. I wouldn't use anything else.

Next from Namecheap is GoDaddy. There user interface is more complicated than Namecheap. Ever heard of Namesilo? It's cheaper then both these registers combined and easier to work with. Take a look at Namesilo.com

Give Uniregistry a try. Very helpful with the new domain extensions and a lot of other tools that you would expect with a first class registrar. Plus they have DomainNameSales Integration:

"Industry veterans may be familiar with DomainNameSales, the leading platform for premium domain sales and monetization. If you already have a DNS account, you can link it with your Uniregistry account, providing easier portfolio management, transfers, tracking, and more."

If your just looking for a domain registar without hoosting then personally I use GoDaddy. I am sure others would have other preferences.

I find the control panel easy enough to use, not super easy but intuitive enough.

Recently, i have been using 1and1(dot)com's domain registration services @ $0.99 for first year for ANY TLD - ".com" or ".org" or ".net" ...

If you creating large number of sites, let's say 15, then i would highly suggest that you register domain names from at least 3 different domain registrars!

How could you say that namecheap has a difficult to use dashboard? I don’t agree. Managing domain names with namecheap is super easy.

I usually get my .com domain names at godaddy with a coupon. Then I transfer the domain name to namesilo when it's time to renew.
