Anyone tried this tool yet?

I want to know if it is responsive and if it will accept playlists you already have set-up in YouTube?

I don't see a way to contact Sam Bakker / his support desk for these questions.

      You are correct. Marius came to me with the software a few months ago. We launched together because I can run the sales side of things - he can run the development side of things. Support has never been hidden though - we both understand it's a really important part of the business and if support isn't good our business fails. Our support has held a satisfaction rating of over 96% all year even dealing with hundreds of support tickets every week.

      We have 3 people in support who get paid very well and I am constantly in there working. I'm assuming that your statement is uninformed and not based on experience so please feel free to test it out: http://sambakkersupport.com we are willing and able to help anyone whether they have paid us money or are simply looking for advice.

      Purchased two days ago... And got oto as well... But had not shown up in my jvzoo account and no email or access at this point either.

      Does anyone know how to get a hold of owners? No way to contact them

        I finally put in a support ticket and forwarded all my payment info.

        That was over two days ago and no response.

        This is awful support.

            Three days since I sent in a support ticket with all my payment info.

            Wow

            If support for such a simple thing takes this long I wonder how long the support will be for issues with the software

              Hey Doc,

              Yes have reached out to Marius all of today but not received a response. There have been refunds that have been going out - I have seen them going out which means support is happening but not fast enough. I have offered to get my team involved without any success. We all make mistakes - this case I have made one. Will continue to try get a response and help out where I can. Sorry this one couldn't be quicker.

    I hope it's self-hosted, otherwise, I'm supposed to trust that they'll keep their servers up properly, and be around for a while? The features look cool, but I'm not that trusting with my business or clients.

      Sam would have only forwarded the support request.

      Something is wrong here since the order didn't show up at JVZoo. Which means you don't have a receipt ID from there. If the payment showed up being made at PayPal then something failed within the order process at JVZoo's end. You can always contact the seller as well within your PayPal details on the purchase,

    I don't know if it is still being sold but I purchased a similar product about a year ago. I think it was called video hub or social video hub. Not sure if it had analytics but did a nice job of creating playlists and easily adding optin forms.

    Hey Mark - check out my other comments on the thread for support info. As for the Playlists feature - no we cannot automatically take your playlists in YouTube and then add them to the system. You can however do that part of things manually.
