Help Appreciated! - Source Phoenix by Alex Becker

Apologies for the mass message - A client of ours has asked us to look into this for them.
We are trying to reach out to anyone who purchased Alex Becker's Source Phoenix program last November.
The training videos have completely disappeared off the website and no-one on their side is replying to any emails or contact that's been made.
This course cost $997 so pretty expensive as you could imagine
Has anyone else experienced this/managed to get hold of them?
Would appreciate any relevant replies
