Are there any Wordpress autoresponders that you use?

I realize that self-hosted isn't the best option, but I'm curious. Do any of you currently use, or know of any good Wordpress autoresponders?

Thanks.

Yes octeth works too. The thing is most of this free hosted autoresponders have limits compared to the normal autoresponders like aweber, getresponse etc

MailPoet is free for up to 2000 subscribers (thereafter $99 a year.)

It allows you to use a third-party SMTP service, like SendGrid or Mandrill, which should improve deliverability.

There's a bit of a learning curve, but more than 300,000 installs and a 5-star rating.

There's one thing it does particularly well, which is creating newsletters from your WordPress posts, either manually or automatically.

The problem with self-hosted is that you don't have the relationships with email providers, which the likes of aweber and mailchimp have. These relationships are why a lot of your emails don't get dropped into spam boxes immediately.

One more good one that's always being updated: MyMail

Of course this all predicated on the hosting that you have. Your hosting provider will throttle your outgoing emails based on your bandwidth. And if you have a noname hosting company most email programs will block emails from you.

Actually, Joe, that's only true if the only option is to use your host. While I can't speak for anything else mentioned in this thread, Rapid Mailer has the option of using Amazon SES, SendGrid and Mandrill to send mail, so you can avoid using your host.
