PRODUCT REVIEWS

Back in October of 2015 I received an email from Warrior promoting the WP Fan Machine which is an automated system that helps increase your FB followers.

It looked interesting and I purchased the plugin and have been running it for two months now on four of my FB pages, and here are the results for number of LIKES for OCT 13 / OCT 21 / DEC 17

AirlineHobbyDVDs = 629 / 630 / 701
PeerRenters = 359 / 376 / 371
PrimoVegas = 1883 / 1896 / 1961
CashSender = 2991 / 2990 / 2964

I was running the WP Fan Machine plugin out of the box which means the plugin was automatically leaving comments from its own comments database to help increase my FB LIKES for the above FB pages.

I deactivated the WP Fan Machine today and uninstalled from my WP site as the results were less than impressive, AND ... when I was getting a lot of people interacting with the automated comments telling me to "stop spamming".

This WP Fan Machine was a complete waste of money. It is spam bot and I wish there was a report like this here in the Warrior Forum, giving an honest review of the product BEFORE I made the purchase.

Anyhow .. that it is my two cents.

There is a Product Review section here in the WF that you could have visited to see if anyone else had posted a derogatory review. If not, you could have asked there for opinions BEFORE you purchased.

This forum (like most) is user-driven, and relies almost exclusively on user interaction.

It cannot be held to blame for your own lack of due diligence as a buyer.

Thank you for the pointer to the reviews section of the Warrior website.

I have had a look now and notice that it is impossible to search for "WP Fan Machine" in only the review section of the site.

The Warrior search bar does not allow for searches only within specific categories.

That said, I could not find any other reviews of this system. There are plenty of paid self reviews by the developer in the paid promotion category.

I wrote my post simply to tell people my experience. Is there any harm in that?

If you use the advanced search (available under the search submenu) you can search by forum.

  I also purchased it but never got around to using it. A planned to try it over the holidays, but your review just convinced me that I would be wasting my time.

  Yes I have received emails promoting a new auto poster to FB and Instagram from them as well. They are pushing it hard. It is called Social Autobots.
  
  I would not touch it with a barge pole. From what I know.
  
  If there were several real people on a post like this saying "hey I used it, it works great, and this is how I did it" .. that would be a different story.
  
  I suspect smart marketers get these bot programs made by programmers in India for a few thousand dollars, and then they market them here in Warrior. If they get 1000 people they make ten times their investment and move on.
  
  It seems like every week Warrior is sending an email with one of these programs. This is the first one I bought and deployed and it was a waste of time and money.
  
  I was curious if other people would chime in with different experiences than me, but none so far.

  Hi Gary, On the other hand it would be neat if you did use it for a month or so to see if you have a different (better) result than I had.
  
  FB did not actually ban my accounts it was other FB users who complained in their responding comments that I was spamming their posts.
  
  WP Fan Machine leaves generic comments like "great info" "very interesting" "I never knew that" etc and people are not stupid and realize these comments are machine generated.
  
  The makers of the app suggest this strategy can drastically increase your FB fans and followers, but I had basically no such increase. So for me, it was a waste of time.
  
  You might have a different experience. If you are in different verticals than me ... you mght fare better. Anyhow, food for thought.
